I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Seth Wadley was so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. I went in after being told over the phone that a specific car was available and within my budget. I made it very clear I was only interested if the information was accurate--they assured me it was. When I arrived, surprise: the car "just sold," and they tried to upsell me on a more expensive vehicle. Classic bait-and-switch. To make things worse, they acted like this was a totally normal and acceptable practice. Not only did they waste my time, but they also showed no remorse for misleading me. Trust is everything when making a big purchase like a car, and unfortunately, this dealership proved they don't deserve any. Felt like a bait and switch. This was not a good experience. I contacted this dealer after seeing a vehicle advertised on their website. It was listed with a "Seth Wadley Price" of $54,996, compared to MSRP of $59,135. The salesperson I spoke with told me that it was available, but when I confirmed the price he claimed that the pricing was a "complete mix up" and offered to sell it to me at MSRP. I declined. It's not right to list a price and then not honor it. I understand that mistakes happen but dealers should make these situations right. Especially in circumstances like this where the "error" is perceived as a legitimate price (7% off) rather than something clearly incorrect (like 50% off). read more

Worst bait and switch after driving 1 1/2 hours and talking to sales and sales manager and the vehicles I was interested are not there and neither is the sales guy or sales manager. They tried to make it up by showing me another truck that had obvious fire damage and acted like it was fine. I've called and reached out multiple times trying to get more info on the vehicle, but I've never heard back. Every time, I was told someone would call me in 10 minutes and of course, I never got a call. It's honestly crazy to see how many times I've had to call, and I've never seen a dealership ignore a potential buyer this much. They clearly don't care. It's starting to look like either the car isn't actually for sale, or they're just playing games to keep customers calling. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. This dealership is real quick to get a decent price a fair price on a vehicle and sell it to you. The problem is there is no after care/service of the sale It's been three months since I bought a truck and in the contract It says I was supposed to get the door handle for the passenger side rear door. I'm still waiting on it. Three months later And the salesman will not return my calls. Colt The used car sales manager will not return my calls even though it was in the contract. When I spoke to the used car sales manager and the salesman on the phone prior to purchasing the truck, they said it will be ready to go on Friday so I postponed my drive. A 3 Hour Dr. up there till Friday. They said the truck would be ready to go all detailed out all serviced out. Be ready to walk out the door . Well they replaced the windshield which was good. They replaced the wiper blades which was good. They did not detail the truck. I had problems with the running boards. I took it back there the same day they could not fix it. I had to drive back up there the following Friday to have that fixed and the cruise control did not work which took all freaking day, even though we had an appointment as soon as they opened at 9 AM if you just want a car great but if you want the car to be detailed properly and serviced this ain't the dealership. It literally takes eight hours to buy a car at this dealership by the time you get with the salesman you test drive it you agree on the price it goes to the financing. There is so much wasted time we sat in the lobby for two hours, waiting on the finance guy who did not have anybody in his office so there's a lot of wasted time at this dealership as well. read more

do not buy from Seth wadley ford. their crooks. they sold me a truck stating the vehicle was in great condition when they did the inspection. They showed me a report of RO/ safety. I made aware of the sales associate. Aware of the vehicles issues within a week. They kept My vehicle for two days. Said they would order the parts and fix the issues when everything came in. Now they ignore my issues. I've had the vehicle for 4 months. They sold me a rust bucket my exhaust fell off, driving down the road. Further inspection, the whole undercarriage just rusted. I did bring this issue up to the salesperson. within a week of purchase. I was told let me do some research and we can get it handled. now the exhaust fell off and Seth Wadley won't repair my vehicle. they said let's trade your in make a fair deal. they want to give me trade in value on a rusted vehicle. read more

I bought a 2023 Tremor F 150 from them a couple of months ago. When I bought it, I had stipulated that it needed a tonneau cover. I drove up from Dallas to pick it up, and they still needed to install the tonneau cover. We made a deal for them to deliver the cover and cover the cost of installation. While they did deliver the cover, they refused to reimburse me for the cost of installation. It was only $170, but it was my money. They won't take my phone calls, emails, or texts. ZERO STAR RATING!!!!!!! They claim to tahr care of their veterans and emergency responders.... lie after lie, after lie. very disgusting to know they'll try to pride themselves with this just to screw over their customer. if you want the worst car buying experience of your life, then go here. 2017 F250 King Ranch w/ultimate interior lifted with 40" tires. Truck showed zero issues in pictures, that's because they photoshopped the pictures to remove any issues. Upon physically Inspecting the truck it had a scratch on the passenger door to the metal $2500, broken tail light $1000, cracked front and rear sun roof glass $3000, usb ports inside the truck not working, engine light for MAF, deep scratches in the front tires where they rubbed the bumper, then a lovely steering wheel wobble. I asked to see the 130+ point ford inspection report and h was told they would have to find it. I never received this after asking 6 different times for it. They pencil whipped everything they could to throw this truck back on the road. Truck was priced 15k over market value everywhere and for what? I talked them down on price and it was agreed they would fix all things wrong. Next day they tried to act like nothing was ever agreed on etc but unknown to them I recorded all of our conversations. After a solid month of arguing back and forth they wrote me a hush money check of $3500. I was given a tail light from a different truck and it wasn't programmed to my vin so from that point forward adaptive cruise and blind spot detection didnt work. They told me the warranty would cover the steering issue, tires, cruise etc and they LIED about every single thing. I was charged $500 from ford fleet for them to tell me what I already told them was wrong with the truck. I received an offer for the truck so I wanted to cancel the warranty, get the new pay off total and then rid myself of this dealership once and for all. I get told BY THE FINANCE MANAGER after canceling the warranty that it would be 5 business days before it's updated with my bank. I waited. Nothing. I call the warranty company and ask if they're the ones who handle this and they said no it's the dealer. I call the dealer again and speak to a finance manager, I get told this time that it will take anywhere from 30-90 days for one form to be faxed to my bank!!!!!!! HAHAHA I mention the previous statement of 5 days, I get put on hold, then get my information I was asking for. His hard is it to do your job the first time? Do not waste your time here. This dealership is completely unorganized and unprofessional. I went to autotrader to get a cash offer for my 2016 Mercedes GLE 400. Within 5 minutes someone saying they were with Seth Wadley called and asked me to bring in the vehicle and said the used car dealer was very interested in my vehicle because they've been having issues getting this type of vehicle at auction. I told them I live about 2 hours away. They said if I came in and the vehicle was in good condition they could give me more than the cash offer. I said I didn't want to drive two hours if they were only going to offer $500 more than the cash offer and they said if the car was as described it would be more than that. I couldn't come up that day and they continued to call me asking about the car. Finally I said I would come up. We set a time and they told me to ask for Nick. We get to Seth Wadley and they have no idea who we are or who Nick is. Then they offer us $3k less than the cash offer the person on the phone said they would beat by more than $500. My vehicle is in pristine condition. I showed them the text messages and cash offer paperwork at which point they only came up to $500 over the cash offer. It was ridiculous. We still don't know who Nick is. Apparently they have a third party calling people and there is no communication between them and the dealership. I am so mad I wasted my time coming here. I am disappointed and shocked at my experience at your dealership. I would give 0 stars if it would let me. I understand I didn't buy a high-dollar vehicle, but it should not matter if I am buying a 'budget saver' or a brand new vehicle; a customer should be treated like they matter. Keep in mind I do understand that there are processes that need to be followed, and it is a business that is being run. However, all I was asking for was better communication, common courtesy, and consideration of my time. I was not asking for anything over the top or extravagant, just a safe and dependable vehicle for my wife. While shopping for a used vehicle, I came across a 2008 F150 here that was the perfect fit for our budget. It was late in the afternoon, but my wife and I went to see it. I figured we would either work out the details that evening or by the following Monday at the latest. We got there and got with a salesperson. It was a fresh trade, so he said we could take it for a test drive but could not do any paperwork until it had been through service and inspected. We drove the vehicle not 5 miles or so and found a couple of items that we wanted addressed before we bought it. Fast forward 2 weeks and a bunch of texts and phone calls, we finally got the truck, but there were 2 items they didn't get fixed, so we agreed on a check for us to fix 1 item and they would take care of the other. It is now almost been another month and after many texts, they finally scheduled us to install the part, but when I showed up, they told me they got the wrong one, but I could come back tomorrow. I can't miss another morning, so they still, after almost a month haven't delivered on their part of the deal. Maybe this all sounds petty, but I am limited to how much I can put here. I figure at this pace, I will have their deliverables by Halloween. The time it took to fix some tune up parts on a Ford truck at a Ford dealership is mindblowing. The minimal amount of items that were on the 'We Owe' from them should have been handled a lot faster than a month. I am still waiting on management to reach out to fix this as the salesperson has been taken out of the loop. I will never buy another vehicle from ANY Seth Wadley dealership, and I will make sure I tell everyone that asks that as well. It is awful that a person that just wanted to buy a truck for a fair deal was treated this way. I feel like my purchase was just an annoyance to everyone involved, you have lost a customer for life. We had such a great buying experience that we returned to Seth Wadley for our next purchase. TK took great care of us and searched for what I wanted. I was told by another dealer in Norman that I couldn't find what I wanted in my budget, but TK made it happen. Thank you!! We had to sit in traffic for hours on I35, but it was worth it. With our purchases at Seth Wadley we get free oil changes and engines for life and with a Cadillac purchase they pick up and deliver the car at no charge each time it's serviced. My only concern is with the detail department. When I picked out the car it was used because that's what was in my budget and it was disgusting on the inside. I was assured it would be cleaned spotless. It wasn't. After two cleanings it still has some spots that I'm trying to clean and for a 2015 model you would think it wouldn't be so dirty. Ick!! This dealership isn't even worth 1 star. Bought a 2019 GMC Denali. It wasn't riding good the night I brought it home so I took it to NTB the next morning...blown strut and blown shock. It took 3 weeks for a sales manager to call me back after multiple attempts, and they don't plan to do anything to resolve the situation except for me to drive 2 hours for them to overcharge me for the repair that's apparently "at cost." This vehicle should've never been on the lot in this condition. Shame on me for not doing more due diligence. I do not recommend buying anything from this dealership! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. My elderly mother and I found a vehicle online. We drove an hour and a half to check it out. I drove it and liked it, but it needed a couple repairs. We agreed on the listed price online, as long as they repaired the issues to our satisfaction. We were there for many hours, and finally got to the point of signing papers. When we got to the very last page, they had added almost $5000!!!! They literally changed the price of the car and didn't say a word!! When we asked about it we were told they could no longer afford to sell it at the advertised price because it needed repair. The manager who was there said they would honor the ad price and agreed price if I didn't want it fixed. That's not what we agreed to. We walked away. They were underhanded and deceptive. Drove from KCMO to look at a 2014 ford raptor and ended up purchasing. This truck had lots of aftermarket parts on the truck so we were sold a $4,000 100,000 mile warranty from quinton. Come to find out that warranty is VOID and covers NOTHING because of all the aftermarket parts. We would not have purchased a vehicle without a warranty. This was a total fraud what hey did to us. We are now $8,000 in on fixing this vehicle after being told this vehicle should have never been on the lot for sale! Funny all their commercials say 100% customer satisfaction BUT this is only during the sale of a vehicle. Fraud or not. After calling and asking why we were sold this warranty that is NO GOOD Fred told us he can't help what an employee said. They are not willing to help us at all! Very poor customer service. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD my husband is a ford employee here in Kansas City at the assembly plant and this is the most horrible place ever to treat people like this and rip them for so much money! Well.. Seth Wadley Ford is still continuing to just completely screw me over. First it was selling me a car that broke down three times in the first month of purchasing it. Then I trade it in, and have to drop even more $$$$ just to get a higher monthly payment in the end. After expressing several times that I am a single mom and this was supposed to be making my situation better not worse. So now there's the car I am in from them that I traded the first car in for. I purchased it in June.... and It took them until October to send me my title. I had to get two additional paper tags from them in the meantime. Well.. Now that I am financially able to go pay for the TTL because expenses came up during the almost 5 month time frame it took for them to send me my title... I go to the tag office only to be informed that because THEY back dated the title for July 19th, that I have $368 worth of penalties (which even me waiting 2 months from when I got the title wouldn't have caused bc those penalties are for the first 100 days which had already passed by the time I got my title). SO I THOUGHT I was going to be able to get my tags today, only to be $320 short because I wasn't expecting the penalties to be charged from July since it isn't exactly my fault the dealership didn't send me the title in a timely manner nor have it available the two times I physically went into the dealership for oil changes. SO ready to pay these damn tags so I can get rid of this car. I want literally NOTHING to do with Seth Wadley Ford in Pauls Valley anymore. SHADY AF!!! They only take care of their NEW car buyers, and screw over all the used car buyers. WHY is it so hard for businesses to just DO THE RIGHT THING!! Of course I called the dealership, but I got the run around playing phone tag for 5 minutes, only to get told their manager had left for the day because it was 5 o'clock. IT WASN'T WHEN I FIRST CALLED!!!! So now what?? Pay for the tags and then not be able to cover my regular bills OR wait until my tax return comes, pay additional penalties, and HOPE by the grace of God I don't get pulled over and have my car impounded. I took my car to Seth Wadley for an oil change. A few days after the oil change I noticed a large amount of oil leaking from my vehicle. I took it to a local mechanic who discovered the cap to the oil reservoir was left off after the oil change. When I called to talk to the service department, I was told I could bring it back and have it cleaned. I love 50 miles away and frankly wouldn't trust this service department to do anything to my car. The service manager hung up on me when I told him I wouldn't make the drive back there. read more

Very late delivery and never getting important number and address fixed. Once truck was delivered and the paperwork came with still lots of mistakes and promises not delivered on. This was the worst buying experience of my life. Bought a 2103 F250 Lariat. I know this is a big surprise but they only care about that almighty dollar! Client relations are TERRIBLE! They are all honey to get you into a vehicle and then they couldn't care less. They also use the distance to their advantage BC nobody wants to drive out their for any type of servicing and if they do "it's going to take 2 weeks so you might as well go to a local shop" That's their fav line. Haven't made the first payment and already had to scrub the DPF filter and replace the back calipers and rotors BC they were so thin they tore through the caliper but finally 3 k later and I'm good I think. It's been 6 weeks hopefully I can get the title in before I have to go out there to get ANOTHER paper tag. read more

Make sure you read the fine print. The price you see in bold lettering on the internet does not include their 2500 dollar "handling fees". So before you drive there decide if the vehicle you are interested in will still be a good price after that is added on. As far as I can tell that price is non negotiable. Said the warranties didn't apply although the salesman specifically brought up warranties to us regarding free oil changes while we were doing paperwork.
