It stop the gentleman in service from helping us. He did all he could to help us by running the codes. We started to leave and decided to see if we could figure out if it was a hose or something since the codes did t show anything. My husband found the exhaust gasket was blown. This was good news since we just knew it was the turbo. The young man in the parts dept was just as helpful as the service guy. He even printed off part numbers hoping we would be able to locate the parts that he didn't have in stock for the turbo. After finding out that it was not the turbo they had the gasket and the crank breather. While my husband was working on the truck in their lot we had 3 Salesmen approach us. One offered cold drinks and to come inside. Another brought us cold drinks after we were out there for about an hour and asked if we needed anything. Another came out offered us drinks and wanted to know if he could get us some food. Now if they are this great to someone who isn't even buying a car, I would love to see how well you are treated if we were buying. When we were leaving another salesman came out to check on us and said he was so glad to see us getting our truck going. Thank you for such hospitality. When we buy a new ram we will for sure be going to Seth Wadley for our new truck. I am so thankful we were close to this dealership when we had trouble. From the beginning to end, which is the first text to the delivery of the car, it took about 7 days. Mainly because I was considering other options but once I decided to proceed, Seth Wadley had the car at my door step in Houston in less than 48 hours. Any holdup was on my side, so I'm sure it could have been done faster. Josh Woodin provided the best experience and listened to exactly what was important to me instead of just trying to close the sale. Once the transfer was confirmed, they had the car ready to roll on the trailer bed and to my doorstep that day. After a storm totaled my 2017 Acadia on July 4, 2026, my husband and I went to Seth Wadley GMC Used Cars in Pauls Valley looking for a reliable Yukon or Tahoe. Salesman FRED after not listening to what we wanted and bringing us anything but a Yukon or Tahoe....finally after I found it sold us on a 2019 Yukon Denali XL, REPEATEDLY pointing out how well the A/C worked. We noticed a few issues before buying and were promised the vehicle would be detailed, repaired, and filled with gas before delivery. Instead, we drove off with a dirty SUV, a broken center console, warning lights on, burned-out headlight bulbs, an oil light on, and less than 1/8 tank of gas. Less than a month later, the A/C quit completely, blowing only hot air. When I called Fred, he initially said he would check with the service department and get back to me. After I had to call him again, he told me there was nothing they could do because it was a "wholesale" vehicle and even admitted, "Yes," when I asked if they had sold us a lemon. His response was basically, "It was blowing cold the day you bought it, wasn't it?" Being sold a vehicle with major issues after less than a month of ownership, then being dismissed when asking for help, was incredibly disappointing.
