I have 3 main complaints: First, I was given misinformation about the procedure: I was told by a nurse this was a simple procedure that would heal quickly and not involve stitches. I found out on the day of the procedure that was false: it involved multiple stitches and several weeks of recovery. Second, I was assured by a nurse that the procedure would be covered by my insurance. I found out afterward that was not the case. Nothing was covered, I was simply sent a bill for thousands of dollars which I am now paying in installments, and will be for more than a year. Lastly, it took them two passes to remove all the cancer, despite it being a relatively small area (smaller than a penny). Same visit; I never even left the chair. But I found out later I was charged for two Mohs surgeries. Why I should have to pay double because they failed at their job is beyond me. In any other situation, if you pay for a service and the service isn't fully rendered, they make it right at no extra cost. So if you go here, plan to do your homework. Maybe get a second opinion. Google what to expect. Get any information you're given in writing. Call your insurance company yourself and ask if your treatment will be covered. And be aware that if they make a mistake, you're the one who will pay for it.

She went over all my X-rays and treatment plan with me and made sure to answer any questions. I have a little bit of dental anxiety, but she immediately put me at ease. Her assistant Amy took my X-rays and did my cleaning. Both ladies made sure I was comfortable and kept checking in with me throughout the process. My front tooth had a stain on it and she spent extra time polishing that up for me before the cleaning. The office is located in a "home" type building, so lookout for the big white sign out front. Plenty of on street parking when I went. The waiting room has a Keurig and plenty of kcups to choose from. They offer specialty zoom whitening treatments that I'm definitely considering. All the ladies in the office were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Passineau and her awesome team!

She is super sweet and happy. Very gentle and tells you exactly what is going on. She spends time with each of her patients and really gets to know you. Candace cleaned my teeth today, and she did an awesome job as well! The whole process from sign in to check out is very easy, and the waiting room is quite welcoming. And if her staff is that badly trained that they'd get snotty and condescending about it with me, and they most definitely did, that's on HER. And then I started reading my file notes, entered by her, on my patient portal. I mean ... at least half were outright wrong. She sits in the room with you, types away, and clearly isn't listening. I wanted a second opinion about something, so I made an appointment with another family practitioner, which of course she saw in my file. Did she ask me about it? Nope. We had one last (unsatisfactory) appointment during which she neither did or said anything useful, and after that, she vanished as my PCP. She just ... quit ... without an explanation. This is now why I refer to her as Dr. Barelythere. She's earned that. These are just a couple of highlights. Good riddance to bad rubbish, I say. Love my new PCP, btw. She's engaged, she follows up, and she makes me feel valued.
