I'm going to start off this review with I have chronic pain and fibromyalgia. I have autism. These are affected by hormone regulation massively and I have been without due to lack of being able to find care in a previous place I was living. I have been on hormone replacement for years and have been to specialists and now have it managed by primary care and have for years. I would like to say I have never felt so dismissed and so not listened to and like not a single person gave a shit about what my medical problems were than when coming into this office. If you're looking for a cute office to give you outpatient cosmetic procedures and generic medication that doesn't actually require them to provide care then I'm sure it's fine. If you have established medical needs I would seek out literally any other office because this one is just full of conventionally attractive people who look pretty and do nothing. I came to this office to establish care when I moved back and emphasized these things. I'm in pain. I'm overstimulated. I need my medication please help me. I filled out paperwork to make sure they had all of my doctors information. 3 different doctors including specialists to give them my paperwork. Over three weeks went by and I had not so much as received a peep from the doctors office as to what is going on, where my records are. I emailed them frustrated and in pain. I have no direction and have received no communication what is the problem. They emailed me back with unfortunately we don't have control over how long it takes to receive records. Wow. The dismissal from this office for not following up to make sure they had a patients proper paperwork is disgusting. The NP not only didn't address the factors of me being in pain, offering to give them my copies of my own paperwork, and just immediately made it my problem they aren't doing their jobs. He even said he tried to call a phone number one time and it went to a records department. I can't believe I have to tell a medical professional this but Google is free you can see my previous office and if the number on my form didn't work you can call a different one. I was then told he could recommend me to a specialist. I've seen a specialist over 5 years ago and was placed back on primary care. I hope you don't have patients with actual chronic illness and problems because if this is how y'all treat them you will kill people. read more

I've given this office multiple tries but can't say I'd recommend them. Luis Valdez doesn't have a great patient demeanor but if you want in soon you can't book with Tribble. I have had to have tests which were never explained after the fact. Dr Tribble may be better but when bringing these issues up with the practice manager he just offered an apology but no concession for the fact that I was being billed (a lot) for a follow up appointment for what was never explained to me before. If I'd known I'd be paying ~250 for a blood pressure test I could have declined... The fees are kind of the last straw... billing insurance $500 of which I pay about 50% for a 30 minute wellness visit just seems crazy. I've seen specialists that are less expensive AND had better care. It's unfortunate because they obviously have overwhelmingly good reviews... I don't know if I'm just a bad case or expecting too much but either way I don't really feel the desire to give another chance. read more

Excellent practice! Eric has been my primary provider for many years, and Dr. Tribble was by my side in the hospital when I went through chemo. Dr. Tribble has an amazing bedside manner. He is a kind man and has a very professional demeanor. He is a General Practice and HIV/ID Specialist. So, he can take care of most of my maladies. When he does have to refer me, he has a batting average of about 900 for turning me on to Doctors that are just as professional and pleasant as he is. I have been treated by Dr. "Marc" since 2011 and could not be happier with his practice. I have seen improvements in my health and happiness. My most pressing chronic condition is age. But he seems to have something in his tool kit to better all of my complaints and conditions. His staff changes over time but they are well selected, and with little variance are caring and professional. He has some veteran staff that are always cheerful and a delight to see again. His office has comfortable furniture in the waiting area. His treatment area is well equipped, white glove clean and has exam rooms have relaxing chairs in them as well. His Techs take my Blood Pressure prior to being seated in a treatment room. But there is also an easy to use blood pressure device in the room. I use it at times for a Mulligan when the Dallas traffic was mean to me. The office is in Oak Lawn, a pleasant neighborhood, but the connecting freeways can be a boggle, As I wait for Dr. "Marcs" arrival, I like looking at his awards and his handsome picture while my mood improves. And many times my BP readings do as well. read more

Luis Valdes who supposedly to be my PCP and i thought he is a caring provider, but i was wrong. He doesn't know how to be professional and take care of the patients. Front office was rude and really don't know anything. You ask questions, they ignore you right off the bath. The office manager is even worse. he showes that he is helping you but he doesn't do what he promissed you to do. No one from top to bottom are trustworthy in this practice.
