Natalie is hands-down the best injector I have ever seen. I found her about a year ago when I needed undereye filler dissolved from another injector. I could tell immediately how knowledgeable she was about injecting, so I had her start doing all my filler, and she also did microneedling. She is the absolute best. She has a very artistic and detailed eye and understands facial balancing. And probably one of the BEST things about her that I truly appreciate is how honest she is. Recently, she could have easily taken my money and given me a bunch of things I asked for during an appointment, but instead, she assessed my face and gave me her honest opinion about not needing what I was asking for. (I will admit, sometimes I want everything. But I know Drs who will give me everything, which ends up making me overfilled.... hence why I met her in the first place, lol) I appreciate this kind of honesty more than words can express. I know that with Natalie, I will always get the truth, what's best for me, and a true artist's assessment, and that is exactly what I look for in an injector. Not to mention, she is extremely skilled, but that goes without saying. Her work is amazing. I think what makes her different is she truly loves what she does. You can see her own interest in it. That always makes a difference with injectors and anyone working with skin; you can tell when someone has a passion for the artistry and science behind something vs someone who just is in it to make money. I also appreciate that she will listen to exactly what I want or how I like something done (like my lips), and she will fulfill my requests when it is something that is needed, and she will do it exactly the way I like. This girl is just amazing. She just gets it. I am very happy I found her! If you want a down-to-earth, friendly, highly-skilled, non-bs medspa, this is the place to go. Dr. Kim explained everything very clearly and had wonderful bedside manner. Stacy and Krystelle (I'm not sure how to spell her name) were both fantastic and the front desk was incredibly helpful. When you get MOHS here, you stay in the same room the entire time rather than shuttling in and out of the exam room. They take good care of you (which is good, as the wait is long) while you are going through this process. The surgery was smooth, and the follow up care was wonderful. The office called the next day to see if I had any questions or issues, and the directions given when you leave are very clear. Getting my stitches out a week later also went very smoothly, and my incision site looks much better than I had hoped. I have had several different MOHS surgeries with different doctors in different locations. All of them were fine, but this experience was far above any of my previous experiences. I really hope I never have to have MOHS again, but if I do I am really glad to have Dr. Kim and her staff to return to!
