Nancy educated me about it more, and we talked about all the other options and decided on pellet therapy. I am SO GLAD I did it! The procedure was easy, and within a few hours of getting the pellets, I started to feel better. Here is what I have noticed. It was subtle at first and then got better over several days. The night I got the pellets, I noticed a calmness come over me that I had not felt in years. Previously, I lived with near-constant irritation, almost like being in a permanent state of PMS for the last few years. The smallest life disruptions would stress me out very quickly. That irritation feeling fell away within a few hours of getting the pellets. I also slept much better, and that continues. Usually, I would only get about 4 hours of sleep at night and then be wide awake again, often due to back pain. Now I am sleeping about 6 hours instead of 4 and more soundly. My back pain is not waking me up as often, either. I was told that was the testosterone pellet that was helping with pain. It feels like inflammation in my body has gone down. It has only been a week, but I feel better all around. It is incredible the change it has had on my mood. Also, I have had an issue with constipation for a very long time.
