I have some health problems, and the owner always takes the time to follow up with me before appointments to make sure treatments are safe and that I'm never put at risk. That level of care and attention really means a lot. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and helpful, and they do their best to find the best appointment times that work for you. They also have many injectors, and all of them are skilled, professional, and do amazing work. Their prices are amazing and honestly hard to beat compared to other places. 3 microneedling treatments + PRP and 6-12 months of healing time later and I have hyper pigmentation issues, weird textures, and spots that won't go away. They showed up after the first treatment and got worse. I thought it was healing but nope, it's permanent damage. You can see a clear visible line by my hairline where they treated my skin and where they didn't. Where they didn't looks good, where they did looks real bad. I have received the exact same treatment from another medspa before and it corrected many issues and smoothed my skin, taking 5-7 years off my face. I was excited to do this again after 8 years to refresh my face. Now my face has aged by 15 years. Unfortunately after going to this place my skin is worse than before. I really wanted to like the place, they were really nice, they seemed knowledgeable but my skin looks so bad now. I wear sunscreen and use parasol to hide from the sun, but it's so sensitive that I never step foot in it or it gets very blotchy. Looks like I spent a lot of money to have the skin of an aging Florida resident. I wish I could get a refund. read more

Danielle was fantastic. I went in for Botox on my headaches and I told her I have had a tendency to bruise around the eyes. For the first time in my history, she had a solution! She shined a bright "dental chair light" on me and looked closely for my vessel structure so she could avoid hitting one. BRILLIANCE! She was quick yet soooo gentle. Took her time injecting product so it absorbed fully. I had only like 2 blood dots on me and once they coagulated I brushed them away and looked like I had nothing done to my skin! Thank you so much Tacoma Laser Clinic! You guys have saved my skin time and time again! I've been coming here for about a year, and each experience has been better than the last. Some of these treatments you have to be patient for to see results- like my ultherapy, chemical peels, and series of hydrafacial lol. At my first time coming in we set up a plan to get me clearer skin, less wrinkles, and a lifted look. It is finally paying off and has been soooo worth it. I've come back every few months to touch up my filler (cheeks, lips, tear trough) and continue diamond glow/ hydrafacials. I guess you could say I started with the heavy lifting and now I'm on maintenance! It was an investment but I'm amazed at the results I've had with all of these non-surgical options. I look younger than I did 10 years ago lol. Next time I want to try the PRP/ PRF for my scars and deeper lines. Also worth mentioning that I love the vibe and staff here. I have been going to TLC for many years now recieving botox. I just recently had fillers done to help with areas that have started flattening out. I am so excited about my results. Very natural looking. Beside the amazing results there was one thing I was not expecting and that was after receiving filler in my cheek and under my eye area it lifted the weight of my nasal cavity making it so much easier to breath. I have a deviated septum and I can now breath without constantly sniffling. The team is excellent and I honestly do not have one bad thing to say about the clinic or the team. So far I've had good experiences here. I originally came to Tacoma Laser Clinic for my first Botox. Everyone is really nice and efficient. I tried another place and I wasn't super happy, so I decided to come back. I do appreciate the prices being very clear. You can call and they will tell you exactly what the cost is or when you're in, you can have a free consultation for anything that you would like. That being said, I haven't been to any additional places for Botox, so I don't really have anything to compare it to. read more

This place feels like it's pretending to be upscale and cool, but it's really just high priced with poorly-trained staff. I was pressured repeatedly to buy additional services and products that I neither want nor need, and my planned service was inflated by double. It was high-pressure, loud (blaring music in an echoing space), and salesy. From the many staff on site, I can confidently say their end game is to pump your lips so full that you cannot drink from a straw unless you blink your eyes, and put enough fillers in your face that you get the weird melted wax expressionless stare. So very disappointed in my results from TLC. I came in 2 weeks ago for Botox, tear filler and ultra plus juvederm lip filler. It all happened very fast, I asked general questions and after my consultation I was told by the technician that 1 Syringe per eye for the tear filler would be enough. 2 weeks later, my left eye looks worse than it did before. Almost as if the filler was indirectly placed causing additional creasing underneath my eye. I sent them photos, and the women on the phone said the exact opposite on what was told to me in clinic. She said more than one syringe is usually not enough and I would need to come in for more. My only concern is that, my left eye looks worse than before, I was given the wrong information and I paid almost $1400 for the tear filler. Now I need to spend $1400 more two weeks later to make my eye look normal again? While talking to the woman on the phone I could tell she was getting frustrated with me. Her response was things like.. "Well you know they stuck the needle under your eye and it was injected". Yes, I do know that. My concern is why I was told misguided information, and why my eye looks worse than before. It would have been nice if they were a little more understanding instead of being defensive. I will go and get my tear filler fixed by another clinic but will not be returning to Tacoma laser clinic for any services. read more

UPDATE: TLC, I will be honest, I do not feel comfortable seeing that same person again, nor am I okay with paying again. It's not about the money, as I just paid for my upcoming surgery in full. It's paying for a service, with results that are less than favorable...twice. I only say this, because I'm not looking for a freebie. I don't want to call, like I did last time, and will be told to come in, and have the receptionist avoid answering if I'd have to pay additional costs...only to show up and have the choice of paying or walking out of your office with an "off" face. I only started to come here after my previous person moved out of state. She was amazing and took great care in my treatments. I knew exactly how much she was putting in, when it would take, how it felt and how long it would last. You get what you pay for. At $9 a unit I was skeptical, the staff member told me their product is fresh and they go through so much of it they can sell for such a low price. Weeeelllll after trying this 3 times over the past 9 months I can tell you that there is NO WAY that I have the 60 units in my face that I paid for. The treatments only last 60 days and never felt like the full 60 units that would normally last me 90 to 120 days at my previous shop. I should have known after the 2nd treatment at this facility that something was a miss. I really tried to give them a fair chance. Don't be duped by the low prices.
