They wanted to charge me $150.00. The lawyer said he would reimburse me. The doctors took 19 months to send SOME of the records. But would only send them to my other doctor!! That doctor sent them to the attorney. It still wasn't ALL of them. The attorney then, sent me a letter saying "I don't think this is a SLAM DUNK" and he won't be able to take my case, because now there wasn't enough time to hire enough specialist, but I was free to call another attorney. His assistant told me to call Mike Morse back, I messaged him again, I thought I was chatting with him, he said to call the office. Whoever answered, said there's nothing they can do because they already referred me out once. So, now I'm stuck with permanent nerve damage from a doctor who performed back surgery on me, and he wasn't even a surgeon?? And there isn't a damn thing I can do about it.

I was only called to appear in the office twice and didn't have to go out of my way anywhere else. I felt comfortable whenever I called to ask questions. Shereen, Sandra, and Pat were always pleasant with me and returned my calls in a timely manner. My lawsuit has been settled within a year. If i allowed Leonard continue fighting instead of accepting the very fair settlement I was offered, I'm sure I could have received a bigger settlement but this issue has already caused me so much stress and anxiety and I'm glad to be done with it. Based on that history, I trusted them to help my elderly mother update her outdated Trust. That was a serious mistake, especially when it came to working with DAVID MAMMEL. If you need estate planning, protect yourself and your loved ones: DO NOT HIRE HIM. The fee was outrageous for what amounted to two short appointments to revise an existing Trust. I accompanied my mother to the first meeting solely to support her and ensure she understood everything, not to influence her decisions in any way. My mother, acting completely on her own sound judgment, chose to divide her assets 80/20 between myself and my brother (who had significant addiction issues), appointing me to responsibly manage his share for his safety. It was a reasonable, well-considered plan. Then came an insulting phone call from MAMMEL, accusing me of "undue influence" over my own mother, a baseless, offensive claim. He then barred me from being present when she signed the Trust. Worst of all, he totally failed to explain the critical step of funding the Trust. To this day, it remains nothing but an expensive piece of paper and useless, because he didn't do his job. But he certainly made sure to collect his thousands of dollars. After my brother sadly passed away, I contacted him to update the Trust and to simply ask that he explain the funding process to my mother. We've both been ignored ever since. Avoid this man. He is unprofessional and overpriced. And once he gets paid, you and your family are no longer his concern.
