I attended my first Art of Breathwork retreat about 4 years ago and have kept up the practice. The retreats are such an important refresher, taking me deeper and deeper into this powerful practice. As usual, the food was delicious, the room so comfortable, and the environment peaceful. I especially enjoyed quiet walks along the new trails they have created around the property, picking ripe persimmons from the tree, and walking meditation around the labyrinth--made out of lavender bushes!
