We ended up seeing the physician assistant Amy and she was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything to my dad. Listen to all his concerns looked at all of his records before she came up with a plan to treat him. She wasn't ready to just go into having procedures done but more willing to treat the problem before we had to do the next step. She was caring an compassionate, which is where these days. Whole experience was great for my dad as it is his mind and mine as well. Highly recommend everyone in this office.

After numerous calls they continued to bill me, text me, et al. Well I don't know how they got my name and info (yet) probably through Centra. So I finally placed it with Medicare fraud Department. After speaking with friends, family and coworkers I found out that Lynchburg Nephrology has a practice of the same types of issue with others. This is pathetic. Since this initial review and by word of mouth I have heard some other viable complaints- one just stands out! A neighbor said there was urine on the floor in the room she took a family member. Filthy. So they now travel rather than going to this Lynchburg Nephology.

Dr. Zindel is great, but their office management and policies need some lessons on customer…read moreservice. They offer no flexibility in their appointment policies nor any standardized appt reminder process. Don't even come close to missing an appointment or they'll try to hit you with a $50 missed appointment fee, which is in itself an aggregrious sum. It doesn't matter if you are proactive enough to call to let them know you'll be late or to reschedule. In other words, if you work for a living in any role that requires you to make adjustments to personal appointments, Dr. Zindel's office is NOT the place for you.
