rrible, just terrible. Some caregivers were great and very sweet but there were a couple that were terrible. When we hit the help call button it took over an hour for anyone to come. Most of the time a caregiver was NOWHERE to be found. Very understaffed for the amount of people they have. We found my grandmother tipped over into a rose bush once, who knows how long she had been there. Another time we found her outside in the rain soaking wet, she was in a wheelchair how could she have gotten outside without someone noticing. Plus A LOT of her clothes went missing along with other things. They lied to us about calling ems when my grandmother fell and turns out her mysterious fall lead to broken bones in her face and nose. They had a in home nurse check her out and they said it was superficial, we took her to the hospital and found out the truth. That lady POKED at her face and said her pain was superficial, IT WASN'T! I think her name was Lynn? Also secretary barb was VERY rude on multiple occasions. In addition, they left her in dirty depends on MULTIPLE occasions, not just once or twice.. a lot, too many to count. Food also always looked very disgusting, I know I wouldn't want to eat it. And on top of everything else, they are VERY OVER PRICED. I truely believe this nursing home lead to her death. read more

My husband has been at 7 Lakes since Dec. 2016. He has frontal temporal lobe dementia and the staff does everything they can to continually engage him in activities. He has lost his ability to talk but they all love to make him smile & laugh. I visit daily and he aleays is well taken care of and anxious for dinner and healthy snacks. Mom went into Seven Lakes in February of this year. At the time she was anxious, confused and displayed some compulsive behaviors. Since being at Seven Lakes we have seen such a remarkable improvement in all areas. She is her old self again and feeling safe, calm and enjoying her life once more. The caregivers are caring and tuned into meeting the needs of the residents. We would like to give special thanks to Jake for doing such a great job providing fun activities, outings and stimulating experiences for the residents. The facility is cheerful, clean and inviting.
