My husband hates his photo being taken and as a result he usually looks stiff and uncomfortable in photos; however, Darryl and his assistant really put him at ease and he looks amazing in all the photos. We received a wonderful collection of formal, informal and ad hoc photos that captures our wedding day perfectly.

I was running 40 minutes late to my 11 am courthouse ceremony in the city, it was pouring, and we made a mistake of forgetting our marriage license which caused the delay. Mistakes happen. Brittany was very frustrated when I made her aware of this and turned around to go home. I paid $1200 for one hour of shooting and obviously didn't get anything. I told her I would be writing a review about this experience and she took to Facebook to encourage her followers to bully me. ON MY WEDDING DAY! I received multiple threatening messages, fake reviews were left on my works google reviews; to the point where the police are involved now. I am in disbelief at the behavior and how this was handled. It's not even about the photos anymore. Yes I'm sad I don't have them but I am more upset that a grown woman could treat another woman like this on her wedding day.

Yes the weather is unpredictable and there was some confusion on what time we need to be there, but, we were 100 % going to be there. About 30 minutes after leaving the house and being on time I had realized that I left our license. We immediately turned are and this is the time we reached out to Brittani about the situation. We obviously asked for a compromise and we were only offered a mini shoot. We aren't entitled people, but are people who work super hard for what we have just like anybody else. Brittani didn't even try to meet us to at the courthouse in Houston but turned around and went to where ever as soon as we said we are going to be 40 late. We scheduled 1130 to 1230 a month before our day but two days before we did push it forward 30 min. From 11 to 12 and she did ask me wife if we were still on because it was supposed to rain. With that I believe she still could have been there waiting for us with in hour scheduled time frame and she also had even an extra 30 that we would of happily paid for just to have our day be remembered by with some beautiful photos. Instead we got scammed and my wife has gotten harassed and bullied at her job by some weird fan following all on our wedding day. I don't know anyone who would be cool with this on their wedding day

To add to all that, the photo quality was much better than previous photo booth companies we had used. Chris and Jessie were very courteous and helpful during the event, even going above and beyond by taking requests from students to not have their photo online. (Being an international program, we have some women who do not share their photos due to cultural reasons.) They were also very good with the students, who at times can be a bit rowdy... They were also great about staying in contact with me and getting back to the ridiculous amount of emails I sent them. I would highly recommend Mojo Photo Booth Seattle. They made it very easy and we will definitely be using them again.

My favorite thing about their work, is they truly are able to capture the moment and emotions in their shots. Since we ended up eloping due to covid 19, many of our families were not able to be there. But when we shared our photo album with them. Many said they felt they were there with us as all the photos were able to capture the story and essense very well. Me and my husband took forever searching for the perfect photographer to capture our special day. After seeing so many pages we stumbled upon Luna and Lion page. I decided to reach out to them on Instagram and ask some questions. They were very prompt with their replies and made me feel very comfortable even when some of my questions were silly. Mike was great throughout the experience of hiring of him as our wedding photographer and the…read morephotography process. He was quickly responsive through the hiring process, answering questions, and since we were from out of state (having a "destination wedding" in Eureka Springs), was very willing to work around our tight schedule to help get in the "engagement" photos in addition to wedding photos he has as a part of his wedding package. (We're very glad we went through with the engagement photos rather than seeking to reduce the price of the wedding photos so they weren't included.) Mike's a quirky, quiet, artistic type of guy, which I liked about him. He's the type of guy that makes me seem to be an extrovert, even though I'm not. But it's not hard to get him out of his shell: he enjoys his work and wants you to like his photos, so it was very fun to talk about photography and what we like about various things. (We also bonded over local brewery beer, even though he's not as much as a beer snob as we are.) He has a real eye for catching the light and specific shots. I let him know some of the shots I knew my family would have to have, but when possible, I tried to let him make the decisions, because I could tell that my interference would endanger the photos I would get. I was right and I loved our photos. I did have to remind him to follow up, and get us the final product, because I think he's the artsy-forgetful type. But I really enjoyed working with him and loved what I received, which I think was worth far, far more than what we paid for.

She didn't ask any questions about things that we had already provided information on which showed that she took what we gave her and reviewed it thoroughly. Her communication style also worked well with my husband and I. We were planning our wedding from out of town so there was some additional anxiety on our end. Bobbi was responsive to all of our emails and we always received prompt responses. She utilized tools like Google docs so we were able to collaboratively work on our timeline and fill out any forms she needed instead of exchanging numerous emails and documents. The day of event went great. If there were any issues, I did not know about them which is exactly what any Bride or Groom wants. Our ceremony and reception even began on time! We even had some DIY things for the wedding and they were set up perfectly. Throughout our wedding and even after our wedding, we received positive feedback from our guests and wedding party about how organized everything was!

She has refused to pay for services rendered with my company - services that were approved, accepted, and taken at a price that she agreed upon. There were no surprises. First she bounced a check, then gave a bunch of excuses, none of which have panned out to be true. Now she has dodged calls and ignored emails and letters. She has avoided direct contact for several months. I would have preferred to avoid posting this review, but I feel it's necessary to warn others of her business practices. Please be careful who you do business with. She may be a great planner - I have no idea. But she clearly has very poor business ethics, refusing to honor her debt. BE WARNED.
