We never heard from her. Upon reaching out again she apologized and stated she had a death in the family. But indicated she'd still do our session as scheduled. It is the day of the session and we have emailed,texted, called and tried to reach on various social media and have heard nothing. She has completely ghosted us with our money and a signed contract. We feel hurt and disappointed and upset by this level of unprofessionalism. While we understand things happen we just wanted to have communication and know if she needed to cancel due to a family situation. We would have understood. This was unacceptable.

Wife was happy with the actual shoot, studio, and photography, but getting the end product to the customer as promised was a challenge. I'm also giving the rating based on price. This is a nicer studio and as such comes with better equipment. You expect to pay more. But I would advise to scan the price list first to know your options. If you're looking for a few good shots to have prints made, CM could work for you. If you're looking for more (more than 8 shots), it's a premium. We're the "burn me a CD" kind of family and let me pick. Again, the quality of the product is pretty good, but you should be informed before signing up for a sitting. In the end, CM offered us a store credit towards future prints. They understood our complaint and are trying to fix it, but they could have discounted my current sale instead. I can't see going back to CM tomorrow, but maybe in the future we'll try again.

She has a way of getting great angles and finding the best light. I've always felt I'm not the most photogenic, but somehow I always end up with a bunch of pictures that I love. My oldest is a serious boy, but somehow she got that kid to smile in most photos. She's a miracle worker and is beyond worth the wait. I gladly book my family sessions a year in advance. When I got pregnant she was literally the first person I contacted because I knew how in demand Ashley is and I didn't want anyone else for my newborn pictures. We wanted to rent a photo booth for an event we were having for international students at the UW…read more They offered a very great price for two-hours of photo booth access, props, online gallery, etc. They set-up very quick, even though we did have a small problem with our electrical source. To add to all that, the photo quality was much better than previous photo booth companies we had used. Chris and Jessie were very courteous and helpful during the event, even going above and beyond by taking requests from students to not have their photo online. (Being an international program, we have some women who do not share their photos due to cultural reasons.) They were also very good with the students, who at times can be a bit rowdy... They were also great about staying in contact with me and getting back to the ridiculous amount of emails I sent them. I would highly recommend Mojo Photo Booth Seattle. They made it very easy and we will definitely be using them again.
