Amazing wedding catering experience. They went above and beyond to make our day special. The chef even went the extra mile to make a special dessert for me (the bride) because I had mentioned an allergy and stated that I get sad because I can never have banana pudding and presto unexpectedly he made special pudding for me. The food was off the charts GREAT! Every single person stated how fantastic the food had been. The staff went above the call by helping the elderly guest safely to chairs with plates. We had Seven Loaves cater our Wedding December 21. We procrastinated getting the catering lined up but you could not tell that by their service or quality. They did an outstanding job and thought of everything! The menus were easy to pick from and the pricing was reasonable. Plus they showed up early and had everything set up and ready to go on time. Very self-sufficient and organized. Oh and the food was terrific. Lots of guests were wanting to take leftovers lol. Will try to post some pics. The layout looked great. I used seven loaves for my moms 50th birthday party. Ashley helped us from day one, was quick with responses and helped us through the process. She even delivered out I'm Allen. The only negative I would say is I wish we were able to sample the food before ordering, however everything we got was delicious. We are in the midst of a pandemic, and I wanted to add an addition to my review for this great caterer! They added to their services famiy meal options for pickup! We love their food, so we tried it, and we were absolutely not disappointed! They have online ordering which was very easy to navigate. Every week, there is a different menu, so choices are exceptional! We ordered two family meals which came in containers ready to heat or freeze. Neither of our meals got to the freezer! lol! The food was generous in portions and delicous! The best thing was the cost, which averaged around $8 per person, very much in line with any other take-out restaurant around. It gave us a great, convenient option to feel like we were going out to eat when we couldn't. I would definitely recommend giving them a try! read more

I believe the service was great, the service throughout the entire process was great. I thought the food was ok. My husband and I entered the reception a little later after photos, but our food was cold, so I can't say that I got the best version of it since it had been out for a while. The breadsticks were so hard, they were inedible by our guests. I, nor my husband could eat them and I notified Ashley during the wedding. The green beans were shriveled and a little dry. I also thought the Chicken Marsala could have been better, it tasted less like a caterer/gourmet and more store bought. As I live out of state, I was unable to have a food tasting and I wish that I had. Prior to our wedding, I had so many friends say that the food is the thing people remember the most. I have to say that I'm a little mortified because I wasn't happy and I could tell by the plates that they weren't wowed either. I would like to add again, the service itself was great. Needless to say I am quite disappointed in our experience with your company. Let me go ahead and list what happened the night of our reception. 1. In general the servers that were working our reception looked like they wanted to be anywhere else but at the Wildwood Inn. Neither Sylvia nor myself saw them smile throughout the evening and the event started off with one of the servers being rude to one of my bridesmaids while we were getting ready. 2. In the details meeting (which I took off for) we went through all the details that would make our evening special to us. This information was also recapped in our final invoice. With this documentation I'm not quite sure where the communication break down was (I will be more than happy to send a copy of that communication). -The beverage napkins that we had specialized for the event were sitting in a pile which the bride saw and asked if they could be placed at the bar (we had asked for them to be used during the passed appetizers instead of the standard napkin). -We asked that the members of the wedding party have a sample of the appetizers at their table since they were out taking pictures and missed the cocktail hour, They were not. I had to ask 2 people to get them each of sample of appetizers (just a note here that the wedding table was clearly marked). Instead of placing at each setting a server just left a tray of them at the table. -We had specific requests on what we wanted on our plates since they were plated for us. They both came out the same which was incorrect. -We both ate quickly so that we could mingle with our guests. We weren't worried about this since we had communication about getting food to go. Neither one of us ate everything since we knew we would enjoy it later with our to go food. -When our coordinator requested some cake to be packed up to go is when the evening really went south. We were told that there was nothing to pack it up with. That's when I (yes myself during my wedding reception) had to unfortunately have a very negative conversation with you guys. I was confused how you were going to be able to pack food up without to go boxes. That's when I was told that we weren't getting any food packed up because if we wanted that we needed to pay for 2 more people. In the face to face conversations and emails this detail never came up. We were told this was a common practice by your company. I was told that we ran out of food which is really scary because 5 people didn't show up. This means that we wouldn't have had enough food to feed our guests? We ended up getting cake and rolls packed up for us, yeah thanks for that (I will be more than happy to send a picture). What is the most disappointing part of this whole event is that I never once got a sorry I was told how I didn't do something even though it was clear on our final invoice and in other email communication that we would have food packed to go. 3. One of us saw one of the servers sneaking a piece of cake to the bartender. In all of my years of catering and being in the food industry I have never had a server sneak food that someone else paid for. Perhaps that's how we ran out of food even though 5 guests didn't show. As you can see this was an awful experience for myself and Sylvia. There are some major miscommunications among this company (as evident during our first tasting as well). I have never worked with a company that made the customer feel wrong, not appreciated and didn't even try guest recovery. We ate at Whataburger on our wedding night since we were starving. read more
