My first negative review ever. I called to make an appointment for brow tint only as I have been…read moregrowing brows with serum for a year and needed the grays tinted. My brows and lashes are dark brown with a bit of gray. She said tint and shape, I said tint only. She said fee was $20. Got to appointment and again she said tint and shape and I again said tint only. She talks me into tinting eyelashes also. As she's tinting she doing some rubbing which ends up being shaving. She then does a bit of plucking which ends up being plucking the gray hairs I came to have tinted. She hands me a mirror and my brows are GONE! A fine line of brows left which are not even on both sides. So shocked I can't comment. She then charges me $100 which I pay like an idiot! Additionally I can't see any tint on my lashes.

I came in with an inspiration picture and specifically explained what I wanted. Not only did they fail to recreate the design, but Tony actually left in the middle of my service to work on another customer, leaving my nails unfinished. During my pedicure, the technician skimmed my skin so badly that my foot started bleeding. There was no care, attention, or concern shown afterward and she ended up blaming it on me. When my nails were finally completed, they looked nothing like what I requested. I asked for an ombré design and was given a plain nude color instead. They told me to pick my own color even though that's their job to figure out what color matches my inspiration picture. The worst part was the customer service. I politely tried to explain that the nails were not what I had asked for and pointed out the issues, but instead of listening, the manager and employees became defensive and started yelling at me, insisting that I was wrong. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by salon staff. I paid fully for a service that was poorly executed, left with bleeding skin, unfinished nails, and was made to feel uncomfortable for speaking up. I would not recommend Mira Nail Bar to anyone looking for quality work or professional customer service.

I specifically asked for as little length taken off as possible, yet I now have at the very least 3-4 *noticeable* inches off my hair. She rushed, although there were no other customers, and to make things better she couldn't even style it properly with a picture- I asked for waves and got full on curls instead. Nice people, but wouldn't trust them with my hair ever again. I would place bets on me knowing more about styling than she knew which should never be the case in a hair salon. Also, in response to what her reply is 1. You don't have to be a mind reader to copy a picture and 2. I talked to cosmetologists at two separate places who agreed the cut was not done properly nor was it anything like what I asked for- had to pay for extensions. Still would never go again. Leaving review because it's an accurate representation of my experience.
