I received a full set of lashes but not a full dramatic look. Overall, lashes look great but I had to schedule another appointment to get the "full" look.. Quite confusing huh? And I had to pay more. So buyers beware of this deals and your service. Eyelashes look natural and are not heavy compared to others I have tried. First day try to stay away from water. I could pay extra to get them fuller, but I already paid $69 and did not want to pay anymore. But my primary concern is that at the end, I still wanted to tip and asked to tip $10. As I was driving home, I got a notification from my credit card that I was charged $20. I assumed it was just a mistake and called to get it fixed. She said I had told her I wanted to tip $20 (which is untrue) and that the only way I could get that $10 back is if I paid for another appointment. It is just $10, but it is the principle of the matter that she charged me double for what I wanted to tip. I am extremely disappointed.

I'm an easy going person, so my expectations already weren't super high, but when I saw the finished product, I knew it couldn't get any worse. I came to Amy in tears and heartbroken. The first girl who did my hair, did not color match it, had really bad quality hair, and was just super unprofessional anyways. I was so disheartened and sad. But then, when I found Amy on here, it was like Cinderella's Prince Charming came running in with the other shoe! I sent her a picture of my awful hair before, and she didn't know me prior, and got me in almost instantly. She was so gentle, professional, and took the best care of me. I'd say the first day was a bit more than that I would have liked but my wedding tan wasn't my first so I knew that going in. I was sprayed on a Wednesday and got married on a Saturday and had the bridal glow I was looking for. The tan slowly faded throughout my honeymoon. Amanda is the best lash artist in the midsouth, perhaps the south. I always get compliments and ask who does them. In addition to lash services I've had the plasma pen treatment twice. Talk about incredible results! As a Botox user, the plasma pen has reduced fine lines and wrinkles all over my face. I no longer get Botox injections on my 11s or around my laugh lines. Facials are another facet.. I've had peels and classic facials.. all leave your face feeling fresh and glowing. Hair.. from cuts to styles, these ladies are so talented!! One other note... I fried my own hair doing my own bleaching, and Betty's home mix conditioner has helped my hair reduce the crunch of the mistake I made.. and two months later it is smooth and silky. I wanted to try French tips on my toes for the first time and asked the tech, Thomas, for advice since he has the experience. He asked to cut my nails "a little" and proceeded to chop off a massive amount. When I asked him to add acrylic to elongate the big toe so the French would look right, and to do the same to my short pinky toe, he refused the pinky and kept the big toe the exact same short length. Thomas completely rushed through the service--he barely scraped, used zero lotion, and the acrylic didn't even make sense. To top it off, the way he told me the price felt like he was insinuating I couldn't afford it. The way he spoke to me was more dehumanizing than anything. I explained all of this to the male manager and agreed to stay to let a tech named Emma fix it, which I appreciated. However, the nightmare continued the next day when I came back to get a full set. Even though they knew I was upset, they assigned me the exact same guy, Thomas, to do my full set. They gave me $20 off to make up for his terrible service the day before, but the overall energy here is just garbage. Thomas is incredibly unpleasant. He rushes, and when you express that you don't like something, he gaslights you and talks to you like you're crazy. I told Thomas and the female manager that my nail shape looked odd, like they were standing up. Instead of trying to find a fix, they shrugged it off and said, "Well, it looks normal to me." I am the one spending my money and the one who has to wear them, but my feelings didn't matter at all. When I pointed it out, Thomas literally snapped at me, saying, "You can't see that it's flat on your nail? You can't see that well?" It is completely rushed--they just want to do it and get you out. To make matters worse, I decided to get a color change on my toes today because I ultimately hated the French tips after yesterday. They charged me $30 for a polish change. Their menu explicitly states a polish change is $18. Charging me $30 after I just left their salon crying and upset the day before is absolutely crazy. The work itself can look fine, but they treat you like crap. You go to a salon to relax. You cannot relax when people are ignoring you, gaslighting you when you say you don't like something, and making you feel like you can't voice your opinion because nobody is going to listen. I work hard for my money and I don't have a ton of it to throw away. Having to spend my money on something I don't even like is not cool. I will never return.

I wanted a little corner of my eye. I told her not to touch the rest of my eye. Ashley outright ignored my request. While I was on nitrous, she went across my whole left eye. I have to go see a surgeon now. My fat has been completely destroyed and my eyebrow is hanging down. I am devastated. It's been more than a year and I don't like wearing eye make up anymore, and I am very self-conscious. Do not go to Ashley! She will do whatever she wants and not listen to you and destroy your self-esteem.
