They are always excited to assist you and really love it when you share stories of your purchases. My most recent purchase, a large tea towel called, Bartenders Guide, is going to be framed. When I told the owner what I going to do, she asked me to send her a pic when it was completed. She was almost as excited as I was to find this towel and to do something creative with it. Job took over 4 months as replacement cabinet doors and drawers were repeatedly ordered. I spent over $30,000.00 and endured so many headaches. Avoid the poor service and gross lack respect for your timeline, home and money.
