I spoke with the owner, Lance Damon and his wife Alli. Even though the mower was over two years old, it had a three-year warranty. I had bought the mower from Lowe's, but they no longer carry Troy-Bilt, and there was not a Troy-Bilt Warranty Service Center in Little Rock. Even though, I bought the mower elsewhere, Lance agreed to check it out, and repair it under warranty, if it was covered by warranty. It took a little longer for them to get to it, because their service department was really backed up. When they made me aware that my mower was ready, I was very pleased that my total bill was $.0 (zero) - there was absolutely no charge - all covered under warranty. This is a family run business, operated by many different family members. I quickly realized that they are not clannish, but each of them is united in providing HONEST, friendly, customer service. They handle many brands and types of push mowers, riding mowers and zero turn mowers. I was surprised at their inventory. They also handle other lawn care equipment like trimmers and chainsaws. I was also very impressed with the off the road rugged go-carts and ATVs that they carry. They are really nice folks. It is getting more difficult to find honest family run businesses like this anymore. Thank you, Lance, and Alli, and to all your staff for a very pleasant business experience at your facility.

I went in with a chip on my shoulder that was immediately knocked off by an entire staff of people that actually seemed to love their jobs. My salesman, John Jett Herron is extremely knowledgeable about the various trailers, and able to deliver the information without all the smarmy rhetoric I had experienced at dealers from Arkansas to Oklahoma. He listened carefully to my concerns and gave thorough detailed responses, without pushing. The price and extras we negotiated were exactly what I received on the final paperwork...right down to the heavy duty dog screen they installed. The young man who did my walk thru, also named John, was articulate, incredibly knowledgeable and very, very patient with my repeated questions. Everyone has made me feel welcome and encouraged me to call or stop by with any questions, and I have taken them up on the offer. A family owned, multi-generational company that still remembers what service means.

The cell service here is spotty and it kept disconnecting us. He continually called me back over and over again until he helped me get the sound fixed on our tv. He was genuinely patient and dedicated to helping me get my problem taken care of. This has been our experience with Razorback every time we have needed help! December 29th i walked into western auto and explained i had a power steering high pressure hose…read moreleaking, and i needed a break job full set. Shop had one customer, and an empty bay. After waiting all day for info on my car, i called right before closing and hadnt gotten to my car( lady on the phone in the shop was talking to a friend on the phone about the friends car. [ i assume they worked their friends car before mine, and she wasnt even present.] Anyways. I get a call the next morning confirming my repair order. They finish in a couple hours and i come pick up my car for a price cheaper than my quote, but i didnt question it and paid ive been coming here for over 15 years. I get home park and have yo leave to the store later and i notice the same giant power steering leak puddle that was fresh. I head back up to western auto expecting my mechanics to have my back but to be greeted by a rude lady at front counter. I voice my frustrations at the situation and explaoned how daft it was replace my power steering pump when the hose was the part that was leaking. It was a steady drip falling right onto the pump itsself. If the mechanic would have inspected the repair he would have seen it. Mechanic comes out explaining hisself and the situation and couldnt justify why he didnt do the work i asked for other than to save me money. They couldnt fix their mistake and asked me to come bacm on new years day. I did and they were too booked to get me fixed on what was said was less than an hr job. No accountability, the front counter lady claimed i was cussing at her and even tried to tell me to take my business elsewhere. Its a shame the owner died because what we are left with is not western auto. This business will replace parts without your consent, and add work to a bill that was un needed. Ive had two issues in the last 12 months, and with my last visit they never gave my engine cover back. After speaking to them twice about my frustrations they would rather burn a bridge than fix a mistake they made.
