I looked around the store for a sign stating their payment restrictions. When asked where the motive was I was directed to a hand written 8 X 11 sign which was hanging about 12" from the ceiling which stated the payment restrictions. REALLY!!!!???? This behavior was completely inappropriate, not just in a professional setting but inappropriate period. This place deserves a star rating less than 1 and a course on workplace relations to get their employee relations certification. These are NOT nice people, do NOT do business here.

The day before my 3rd appointment I called to check what time my appointment was and they told me. When I showed up at that time they were bewildered to see me and said they didn't do my dress. The claimed to have mixed up brides even though I called. This was less than two weeks from my wedding. They were also paid to change my veil and decided at that third (failed) appointment to tell me they weren't going to do it. The seamstress attached draped sleeves to my dress and one broke on my wedding day. She also created a bustle and two of the three hooks fell off during the reception. They offer a service to wash and fold your clothes if needed. Bathroom inside and air condition works well. Plenty of baskets to use and a good amount of tables to fold clothes on. Cons - Out of the 4 cheaper washing machines ($2.75), only 1 was working which forced you to use the more expensive washing machines ($4.25) if you wanted to do more than 1 load at the same time. Dryers don't have a display to let you know how much time is allotted to each quarter until you press start. Weird characters came in and out to use the bathroom not the laundromat. In conclusion, I would feel safer using this place during the day. The machines are well maintained, and wash and dry your clothes well. Lynn was so friendly when I called. She made me feel confident that all the work would be done as asked.
