The one time they make a mistake and ruined 4 couch pillows, they refused to take responsibility. The tall girl called me a liar when I told her the pillow covers were not like this when I brought them in for cleaning. SHE was the liar! The pillow covers had normal wear-just like every time I brought them in to be cleaned, without a problem. I was shocked to be treated this way after 30 years of no issues.
