My pleated pants for my suit looked just horrible. The pleats were pressed and folded in the wrong way. The cuffs weren't done right either. I asked for a manager, and the girl working the counter told me "the woman" that you need to talk to isn't here. I asked for her name, and she said she isn't here. I guess her name is "she isn't here". Odd name. I asked for her to call me. I tried them out because they're on my way to work, but I won't be back.
