I think a little bit more care could be expressed in the way this attendant handles customers. Perhaps the name of the store should be fabric store and not fabric and upholstery store, since the company doesn't provide upholstery services.

Do not waste your time, especially on FB Marketplace sales. I have spent a month searching high and low for a carrier to bring an item I had my heart set on from his store in Victoria to Queensland. After so many enquires, I had finally set up an arrangement that Peter agreed to. Everything was basically concluded. I asked how he'd like me to pay and I received this reply: "Sorry mate sold this morning l didn't hear anymore from you" This was after he had agreed to the deal with me the previous day. At the very least he could have contacted me, but no, he just reneged without saying a thing in order to make a quick buck before I had the chance to complete my payment (which I was ready to do but he hadn't provided any details). Overall, this is the most disturbing and disappointing outcome of any serious retail engagement I have ever experienced. I never expected such poor behaviour. I must say that due to the complete loss of trust I am now deeply doubtful about the quality of the piece. I may have had a nasty surprise if the sale and delivery had gone through. Spare yourself and your life these unnecessary shenanigans and keep well away. There is a distinct sense of all round dishonesty.

Atl Glassworks has extremely high prices for basic things that you can learn online. I suffered a severe emergency and missed my class and following up with the company as soon as I was able to and was told that I can get zero refund or reschedule. So I am out $200+ dollars. I understand small business cant take a loss on the supplies but it isn't like they couldn't be used in another class. A full or partial refund or reschedule would've helped me a lot in a time of need due to the emergency. I realized just how easy it is to learn online and will be going that route. 1/10 overall. Edit to update: 50% off of a future class????? Like I'm going to come back when you can't give some grace for a mental health CRISIS .. not a "mental health day". I was not in a state to notify ahead of time or I would have. I didn't just forget to put you on my calendar. Just because you're a small business doesn't mean you shouldn't treat people like people if anything you should more so. That is what makes good word of mouth for small businesses.
