After much discussion with the owner as to the fact that the workmanship and materials were unacceptable, he pointed out the sign that says No Refund; No Returns; No Re-dos ..... This owner is disingenuous; dis-honorable; unfair and highly incompetent. He demands Cash up front - the shop can't take credit cards - are they actually legit? The worst ever! Had my 25 year old cowboy boots in for new heels and toe tips.
