They did a good job in getting my pants cleaned. They not only do hotel businesses but also walk-in customers drop off. Service was quick. Drop off and same day pickup depending on time or pick up next day. I like how they take down customer information on the computer system. No need to bring back a piece of paper to claim drycleaning items.

I have never had a poor fitting for alteration from her. However once in a while, if I get one of the other ladies, they forget to put the tags back on my garment. It's not just the size, sometimes that changes, but not always, it's the brand, and the washing instructions. (I'm special that way) Cash only, so be prepared.
