He steered me to the KitchenAid, rated quieter than Bosch, the rack set up was better, and it has the third rack in the top. I made the purchase and was on my way in about 20 minutes, spending less than $1000 for the dishwasher, tax, delivery, installation, and haul away the old one. We have used it for about two weeks and this unit is superior. I am ecstatic with the quiet operation, flexible loading, and the third rack for flatware is great!
