Answered our many questions about the menu and all of the different menu items and dessert options! All of the hot food was prepared quickly and was all FRESH MTO - which I can really appreciate and value in places! Clean and cute location! It was easy to access with street parking! Purchased two different bagel options, pancakes, home fries, house-made soda and MANY desserts (there were so many + they were so good that I ended up trying all 5 of them on the journey home and they were all 10/10). First taste was so good that we ended up circling back for more before hitting the road. We were helped by Kelly who made me want to drive all the way back from NC to NJ to place another order tomorrow morning! Gems like these are why I love to leave a glowing review! I really couldn't put my finger on it, not sure if it's cumin or something else, but it had this weird flavor that I do not want at all on grilled chicken. I don't even think it's cumin, I'm really not sure: I haven't ordered a salad since, or a chicken sandwich, bc I couldn't accept that flavor in my mouth honestly, I'm being nice here BTW. To make it worse, there was a hair in my salad. If it wasn't for my family, I would've stopped getting food here. They convinced me to give them a try again. Glad I did, I may even consider trying the chicken again, but will be extremely disappointed if it tastes the same lol Either way, this is a good spot for bagels and sandwiches. Just hoping they will get some normal trays for bagels. It'll make the place look more clean, professional and overall aesthetically pleasing. They just want to know your order and they will get it taken care of. I saw that this bagel shop was near where I was at the time and I stopped by for a turkey bacon, egg, and cheese on an egg bagel. The register person put in my order with no fuss. I later wanted salt, pepper and ketchup as that is just the way you order the sandwich. He didn't really comment or think much of it, and just requested whoever was making it to add it. It throws me off a little that they don't converse with it, they just get down to the order. Like they have the experience where it seems normal to them to say it. Very straightforward shop. It seems like it has its regulars because the register person was checking in with some of the customers that walked in.
