They measure you and bring you bras. My needs were for a partial masectomy. The bras fit great whilst I was there because they "dress" you. You don't touch the bras. They do everything. Thus, once you leave the bra that fit you in the store (because they made it fit) is not comfortable. In my case the bras were so tight that I could not get into it. They have a strict no return policy. They are not in business to help the customer. They are there to sell things! They could care less. Save yourself the aggravation
