-within the two years that I've shot here I can count on both hands how many times I've been here. -I haven't spent more than $150 total since I've come here. -every time I've walked through their door they greet me by my name. They ask questions they remember previous conversations I've had with them from months ago. They asked how my mom is doing and my mom has never been here. She remembered a previous reason I came in to buy a small stone for my mom when she was in the hospital for surgery on her leg/hip. -they are incredible here they make you feel so welcome and comfortable, like your family! They're so easy to talk to. -They have a really nice rewards program. You get $10 off every $100 you spend. -I come here specifically for their incense because you can't find better incense or smudge sticks anywhere. I highly recommend the native soul white sage and lavender is my favorite and likewise with the smudge sticks_ white sage/lavender (if they have them in stock which is rare) -I was referred here by a Boca beauty, Academy, instructor, Miss Celeste. She recommended this store to me and I gotta say now I'm hooked. I don't just live around the corner. It's a pretty far way away from me but the drive is always well worth it. Yes always something magical to take home here. Once I even bought a whole set of crystal singing bowls and they have been with me for almost 5 years now. This store is such a happy heaven. I literally started shopping here as a kid. It's been many years and I've traveled and lived all over the world and have shopped online in between visits to Palm Beach County. This used to be one of my happy places but a recent visit with my sister and my mother was very disappointing. Marguerite the owner was not only rude but has no customer service skills at all! My sister who was visiting from California was buying a few things for her daughter and had them gift wrapped. The joy I used to have shopping there is gone. Not only did Marguerite insinuate to my sister that both my mom and myself were having family drama , she failed to disclose to my sister that there are no returns. My sister returned to the shop the very next day and asked Marguerite in light of her residence on the West coast if she could make an exception upon returning the items she bought for her daughter that didn't like the gift.. Marguerite made a comment about her shop isn't Target and said her store policy was posted. I've been to the shop several years, and had no idea at the policy nor was the sign placed prominently. The ideal place for it would have been on the countertop where they scan the purchases and to verbally tell her the store policy on purchases! Her response, Well you have family here, just give the credit to your mom. I was so disappointed and will not return. I used to shop in the store in the past and always didn't appreciate the way the staff carried themselves treating everyone like they are coming in to steal something in their store. You can't bring in a handbag, they follow you around etc etc.. After many years of not being back for that reason, I figured after COVID maybe Small shop owners and staff have an urgency to have customers coming back... since everyone can order from online now.... WRONG! Drove 30 minutes since Yelp said they were open with no restrictions with my 5 yr old excited to teach her about crystals, came to an empty parking lot, hurricane shutters still up, and told they only take appointment, then sized me and said no children under the age of 13???!!!! Who does that! My little girl was heart broken, she was like why don't they like me, why can't I come in??? I called right after to understand this and the owner is even more rude, never ever will I go again to Their extremely high price store with employees that make you feel uncomfortable. I've lived here for over 3 years and always wondered about this store so we finally decided to pop in. Super friendly service. First off when you enter you have to check your handbags/ bags and are given a basket. There's a room with jewelry and essential oils, a crystal room with lots of different stones and wind chimes. There's books aplenty, tapestries, incense, sage, greeting cards and more. I'm not very knowledgeable in this spiritual area but their prices seemed very good. 4.5 stars When I first discovered this store it was magical, I loved every inch of it. But living in South Broward made it impossible to visit as frequently as I would like. I always check the recent reviews of places I've reviewed to see if anything has changed for better or worse. Unfortunately, it seems things changed for the worse, as I read quite a few reviews where people felt like they were entering the GOP National Convention. *aggressive workers *being made to feel alien( like the Donald Wall) *literally being frisked(a figure of speech) I actually phoned them to confirm all of the new store policy changes, like forcing people to leave bags at the front, making everyone carry a basket etc, which was confirmed on the phone. I was told the new policies were a result of rampant thefts. I decided I wasn't going to come back. Months later I was up in the land of castles(Palm Beach), and as I was driving back to Broward on Federal hwy I passed Crystal Garden, but I kept driving. But something happened where I had to loop back and pass them again, so I decided to take one for the team and go check out the new horror show shopping experience. The minute I walked in, I saw the baskets, but they looked more like baskets for little girls. I didn't feel comfortable carrying around one of those fruity things, so I said to the woman, "do I really have to carry that thing?", and she said no. Long story short, the place was still magical, but now some of the crystals are locked away, especially the most beautiful and powerful ones, so it's not quite as magical as before. But I didn't have any employees follow me, or be aggressive, everyone was just as super friendly as I remember from the last time I passed by. I bought a nice card I wanted to give to an attractive flower, but I changed my mind. I have no idea who that card is meant for, but some fair damsel is going to eventually receive it. A Message to the Dark Ones: I always say The Evil is attracted to the light. So I have no doubt that the Devil, and yes he exists, and his minions purposely attacked this store to create an atmosphere of confusion to lure people away from the knowledge, healing, and light this store has to offer. I live in NY, and a friend recommended that I check this shop online because they do LIVE shows. I'd had a negative experience with another shop that I had been purchasing online from for a while. My friend described THIS shop and Margaret as "amazeballs". LOL. AMAZEBALLS is 100% right on! She's the epitome of kindness, friendliness, and customer service! People could learn a thing or two from her! I was like a kid in a candy store and literally watched them from 6 pm to just after 10 pm when they finished their LIVE show. I went to the crystal garden for the very first time on Saturday. I am very excited to have found such a place so close to my home. In reading the other comments, I just find it so odd how offended that people are about having to put your purse in a locker. I handed the staff my purse, took a basket and never thought twice about it. Obviously it is for a reason. Beyond that, everyone was very helpful. I could have spent hours and hours in there (and did spend quite a while) looking at every crystal, book, chime, etc. I came home with an amazing book that I have already read as well as a beautiful new box and beautiful new crystals. Same review posted to google, btw. I have not been to Crystal Garden in some time, but it was always a place I found comforting. I can not say I felt that way today when I left. I went in hopes to buy a Tourmaline bracelet for myself. When I was admiring the crystals, an elder lady approached me asking if I had been there for awhile and explained that I use a basket for my items and that my purse will have to be placed in a locker. I commented that it was sad (because I can understand they are trying to find a solution to their theft problems) and she mumbled something about Irma and that if they did not have the policy in place they would be out of business. Ok, fine. I get it. Mind you they have numerous signs warning about cameras. I went about my business and was in the book area when the same lady came in the same room and started arranging items on the shelf. I was the only customer in the store as this time and felt I was being monitored. It really made me feel uncomfortable. I then left that room and went to look for the bracelet I came in for, which they did not have. So I purchased a small piece of Tourmaline instead. Ironically, my last purchase at Crystal Garden. Tourmaline must have doing its job because I found a few other similar stores closer to my home that I would not have found had I not been so uncomfortable at Crystal. read more

A great place for a wide variety of different metaphysical gifts. Gems, crystals, chakra systems, angels, buddhas, Gods, chimes, cards, wall decorations, decorative boxes, candles, and so much more. Some prices are reasonable and some are kind of high, but depending on what you want, you can't find many of these things in other stores. They do ask you to give them your purse when you walk in due to a lot of shoplifting and that's understandable. Don't waste your time and money shopping here. The owner is nasty. I used to shop here with my mom for many years before the pandemic and the vibe was positive. I went there today with my daughter for the first time- to pick out her first crystal, even called ahead to make sure it was ok to come and they were open since after the pandemic they had been doing shopping by appointment only for a while. I have never been made to feel more unwelcome in a store. My husband and I walked in and a saleswoman approached us immediately and told us normally strollers aren't allowed (my child is one and weighs almost 30 pounds, I take her in a stroller everywhere because she is too heavy to carry for more than a few minutes), she said it was ok to shop with her and the stroller, just to be careful. Excuse me but am I suddenly not capable of maneuvering a stroller around in a store? So we're checking out the crystals and filling up a basket and then the owner Margaret comes in (who really should be named Karen) and basically tells us to hold the child or leave- that her policy is no strollers. I have thus far not experienced this kind of discrimination as a parent but after countless number of years shopping here, I will never go here again. Margaret is not the same person, she is nasty and full of fear, apparently afraid of people to steal- because you can't bring in your purse, and afraid of children in strollers. I am currently sitting in my car writing this review after just leaving the shop because I have to. Great products, terrible experience. I left there feeling stressed out. As someone who is sensitive to energy the constant contact with employees was absolutely too much. I know there are good intentions there (unless they think you're stealing) but I needed to be left alone to shop. I felt rushed to buy. The constant product pushing was too much. An employee approached me while I was browsing, touched me and then started talking about the essential oils which I wasn't interested in. I was asked 3 times if I wanted gift wrap. I said no and that should have been enough. I really used to enjoy it here but I don't think I will return because of how uncomfortable I was with the stalking and constant push to buy more. If I had any questions I would have asked. You would think the employees would be more sensitive because of specific clientele.
