I was originally going to a nail place in NH however I became the unhappy with their services, so I was on the search for a new nail tech. My friend from NY had recommended me, she had got her nails done there during a visit to Lawrence, MA and she loved her results. I did have to wait a bit since I didn't make an appointment which is expected in any nail place. Also my liquid gel service was performed by the female owner. Even my time waiting was pleasant, everyone working was very pleasant. The male owner did a great job at making everyone feel comfortable. I recommend anyone looking for a social kind nail tech with a positive working atmosphere to come here. Also the prices are great!! They also offer the colored nails along with amazing nail designs

Bottom line, no client should ever be surprised by the price, they should know before the service starts how much it will be. And when I spoke to them and told them we would not be back, they said "that's ok, people leave mad here all the time and they keep coming back". SUPER unprofessional. Buyer beware. We paid $65 for this full set when it was quoted at $47, "plus a little more for length".

What I really love about this place is the good nature of these two ladies every time I go they ask me about my week and my family they always greet me with a smile. PK and Moi are young beautiful talented ladies and I can definitely see them treating every customer with good service! I decided to stop in as a walk-in on a Friday morning, and I was happy that they were able to accommodate me immediately for both a gel manicure and a pedicure. Since I didn't see a price list posted, I asked about the cost beforehand. The pricing was in line with other places in the area, so I decided to move forward. Kathy, who did my manicure, was warm, friendly, and easy to chat with. During our conversation, I learned that she had taken over the business just three months before my visit, so any reviews from before then reflect the previous ownership. While I was getting my nails done, another customer arrived for her appointment and mentioned that she had been seeing Kathy for five years and followed her when she became independent at this spot. The salon itself is small, clean, and comfortable, with several manicure and pedicure stations. An old western movie played on the television in the background at a pleasant volume while I was there. My gel manicure came out beautifully, and I was very happy with the results. My pedicure was done by another technician who was also friendly and thorough. Halfway through my pedicure, Kathy even offered me a complimentary beverage, which was a very nice touch. I had an overall great first experience at this place. If my gel manicure holds up well over the next couple of weeks, I can definitely see myself becoming a repeat customer.

At least 2 hours later, I received a different confirmation for 15 minutes later than the appointment I made. I told them & they blamed me! I asked about regular polish & was shown 1 booklet of colors, they had lots of books. During the pedicure, I was asked several times if I wanted my fingernails trimmed. I finally agreed. That was a big mistake, more than 1/2 of my nails were cut very short & left jagged & caught on clothing, so I spent the few days trying to smooth out my nails. The pedicure was mediocre at best, if it wasn't the worst, it was fairly close to the worst I've ever had. My little toe nails were left sharp & jagged, one almost ripped off when I was putting pajamas on. I felt my pedicure was rushed, even though they had workers doing nothing.
