Walked into to my 10:30 am appt today with Kit. Asked for an Ombré full set and the first thing he said was it's $50 and I was like ok and I have money to pay it then, he says I don't have enough liquid and it's too time consuming. I said just do a regular set and I informed him I want them short and continues with the nails long. I informed him I want them in white they literally look like I painted them myself with the disaster he made all over my nails and the skin. I paid $36 for a set of white gel nails and I left with this. Mind you he cut me about 7 times, if your having an off day please stay home. I pay you to do quality work- not a piece of shit on my nails. But it ok that'll be my last, off to the mall I go they use good quality products and they are expensive but they have great customer service. And both times I've left there my manicures have come out great too.. But both times I've gone there I was for about 2-3 hours because they'll pass you off and make u wait while your half done. Read the reviews on this place since I'm a yelp fanatic and insisted on trying it due to the reviews. The only reason I don't give this place 5 stars is because my full set acrylic took 2 hours but I guess that's the time it takes for perfection! I showed the woman the exact design I wanted and she helped me choose the exact colors according to the picture, and did an excellent job perfecting it! The guy did the acrylic part and did an absolutely amazing and precise job! He makes sure they are perfect, and that you like them each step of the way. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, making sure your experience was nothing less than perfect. I will most certainly be coming back and unfortunately may have to say goodbye to my last nail artist (she didn't do design). Can't wait for my fill in! read more

Charming, friendly nail salon. Reasonable prices. Jenny and Kit (wife and husband team) have such attention to detail, its really remarkable. My hands and feet always come out looking terrific. Some of their fancier work on other customers (designs/art) are so pretty that it make me curious about trying that too some day. Jenny knows that her customers like the massage part of the pedicure (regular or spa). If you know you need to be done in an hour or less, just tell her and she'll work accordingly. I love this salon. Great prices and great, friendly service. I've always been able to call and go in and get what I want done last minute. Once I needed a mani and pedi and had very little time and they got 3 people to work on me and get me out on my timeframe with beautiful nails. They were sure to remind me though that if I came in with more time, they'd pamper me like I deserved! During the day, a dog sometimes visits. I love it, but it's good to know if anyone is super allergic. Each time, they aksed me immediately if I was ok with dogs though. Highly recommend! read more

Me and my friend walked in for our appointment yesterday which we scheduled ahead of time for two full sets and we were told that there was only time for one full set even though the salon was empty with one other client in there. I let my friend take the spot and about 10-15 minutes later the man asked me if I wanted to get my nails done and I told him that I was told no that there was no time for another full set. He ended up doing my nails after my friend. Never have I seen someone put the acrylic on the uncut tips first and then cut down to the shape after the acrylic has hardened. The woman was on her phone mostly the full time and another worker was sleeping in the pedicure chair. The nails came out slanted and the paint job was sloppy, and the area near my cuticles were cut by the electric file and are still throbbing in pain even though it's the next day. My friends nails look just as messed up as mine. As soon as I left I went home and took off the nail polish, filed and painted the nails myself. Are used to be a regular client before COVID but I'll never be returning back. The service is not worth your money ! read more

I love the way he does my acrylics. Everywhere else I've been to, they do it too thick, but he does it thin. But they can be rude sometimes. They close at 7p during the week, so I called to make an appointment for 6p and he had ask if I can come in earlier. I couldn't because of work. I've probably have done 3 walk-ins and all 3 times they have always told me to come back later. They're great here. Super friendly and Kit does an amazing job with the acrylics. They are never thick and sloppy. You should absolutely book an appointment though, They're always super busy and when you walk-in you will have to wait. I've personally have always books appointments so I've never had an issue, but I have watched people be told it will be about an hour before they'll be seen. read more

Went to this place and it clearly says "walk in welcome." The place was not busy someone came over and said what you need I told her I needed a refill she took my hand looked at them and said they were busy and I needed an appointment! Told them they didn't look busy and she answered saying "appointments were coming." I told her then one of them should take off the big "walk in welcome" sign of the window! My nails weren't in bad condition just needed a quick fill. Don't know what their problem was, but it was good i left and went down the street to i think a better looking and working nail salon with amazing nail people! WORST ACRYLIC EVER! 3 days after getting my nails done, one of the nails broke. two days after that, another broke in half. i now have 3 half way up nails. Very cheap materials. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Way too much money for nails falling out every other day. SMH. read more

I wanted so bad to like this place! I've been in search of a new nail salon that can do a great job with also being consistent for some time now. I came onto yelp to help me in that search. I found French Nails and Spa, which happened to be right down the road from where I work and I was very overdue for a good pedicure, I brought a friend and we went to French Nails. When we got there I asked for the ultimate pedicure and my friend asked for the basic pedicure. They sat us down right away and Kim started my pedicure. As she was finishing up I had noticed that I got the same exact service as my friend that asked for the basic pedicure. I asked Kim if what she was doing was indeed the ultimate pedicure, she answered back saying "no you asked for basic". I said "no, I would like the ultimate." She ended up trying to talk me out of it and stick with the basic one (even though it was very obvious I needed the extra care on my feet). I had to insist multiple times that I still wanted the ultimate but she just continued on insisting, "next time, next time." Until the woman doing my friends toes told her to do it now. The NEXT day my toe nail polish started chipping, so I called and made an appointment to get it fixed right when I got out of work that same day. I showed up and ended up having to wait a good 20 mins for them to fix their own mistake, even though I made an appointment. They ended up fixing it, no problem. Now today, (4 days after my pedicure) my toe nail polish is chipping AGAIN!!!! I am not going back today because they are closed on Mondays. But it is very upsetting for me to spend $35 on a pedicure that didn't even last a full week. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had high hopes because of all the great reviews, but I was mistakenly wrong. read more
