I bought this cue and i have always purchased my cues from here for years however i don't know if there was change in management or what. When i got this cue it came in my cue case I ordered didn't think much of it. Fast forward i play with cue and i noticed a rattle from my cue but i thought it was the bottom joint that i just needed to tighten however it was not. About a month later i have someone look at the cue and they open the butt cap and there was wood shavings coming out and the wood was stripped. I call seyberts to notify them and they say there is nothing they can do and must go through warranty because it's been a month and 4 days. Yet i have to spend $50 to ship it to the company to get it fixed. I will not be buying from this website again and I am very disappointed and apparently my reviews do not seem to be showing on seyberts website or google read more

I'm not easily impressed with retailers of late... but Seybert's from my few experiences puts the customer first! I live just a few miles away from one of the largest billiard stores (Ozone) and I now shop for all of my billiard needs at Seybert's! Why you might ask? Because where Seybert's excels... the competition doesn't and they're filling there stores with branded junk and hot tubs, and not stocking important USA brands that have been the backbone to the billiard industry for more than a century. Here's what I really enjoy about Seybert's: 1. Website - easy to navigate 2. Products - excellent selection of high end, beginner and value products 3. Customer service - top notch; they currently set the bar 4. Shipping - extremely fast and packaged well 5. Involvement - market and reward league play 6. UPDATE- just for the record a couple of things Rick fails to mention: 1- Seyberts did not refunded me, PayPal buyer protection did (and I'm assuming PayPal forcefully took the funds from Seyberts). So it's misleading to say "we refunded you" 2- Seyberts DENIED receiving the product back, i sent the product back and AFTER they RECEIVED it, Seyberts denied the reception and I had to proved to PayPal that the product was sent and received To summarize- Please avoid at all cost!! read more

I saw a custom McDermott cue on sale. I figured it was worth the price and so I went to order and the the website was not working properly. Update: After talking with Rick they got the product page fixed and I bought the Cue with the options I wanted. I realize they have a huge list of products by large list of vendors, so i am not surprised that some issues will a rise. Personally I care more about when those issues come up how quickly it is fixed and I was content on how fast they fixed this issue. read more

Bought a set of pool balls from them for over 350$ less than 4 months ago. One of them has a chip in it. The balls have never been used anywhere but my home table and they have never hit the floor. Seyberts says impossible something else must have hit it lol. They would be happy to replace the ball for 20$ plus 10$ shipping lol. You spend over 1000$ at their store between 2 orders and this is how they thank you. Super job guys. read more

I have had very good service from Seybert's both times I have ordered from them. I get a discount for the next order in pool bucks and they pack everything extremely well, so the items do not get damaged.
