I spoke with Mike in sales for weeks, negotiated pricing, and even planned to fly in from Texas to buy it. The day before my flight, I called to confirm and was told Mike had quit for another job. I still went, trusting the "benefits of a nationwide chain." That trust was a massive mistake. Here's what happened immediately after purchase: * First night: No heat. I had to sleep with the engine running just to avoid freezing. * Day two: Gasoline poured out from under the RV at my first fuel stop. Good Sam, Ford Roadside, and AAA were useless.
