I made…read morepreparations: all the food taken out, bushes cut back, house trenched, all packed up with hotel reservations and waited more than nervously ready to hand the keys to my house to strangers ... and THEY JUST DIDNT SHOW UP; THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL!!!!!!!!!! I had to search through the company to find out that corporate had decided 3 days prior to my appointment to not to do their own tenting anymore, but no one thought to contact me! I further discovered that the replacement company now had me scheduled for 8 weeks away!!!! This is the kind of complete lack of concern Turner Pest Control had for this customer! I got a refund and scheduled with Fume Kings, but I lived all packed up in my house for the next 4 weeks.
