Not sure what colors? They have in house consultations and in home consults available (limited availability). All the products you need, the advice you need, and all questions answered no matter how silly they sound out loud. And I have never once been made to feel it was an off base question. Perfect example of how customer service should be and how others should strive to replicate Value - tremendous considering the work and time saved when the correct products are used. They are not Lowes or Menards. Their prices are sometimes high, but they don't sell cheap gear. I wished they'd sell lumber and plants, but maybe it's better that they don't. They get five stars for being the best HARDWARE store in the area. You don't have to buy a huge blister pack to get just one or two of an item. Their clerks know what they have, and it's a good idea to ask them. They sometimes have better alternatives in mind, and their selection is vast for the size store they operate; they can save you a lot of time, unlike the big box stores, where there are no real specialists except the Big Item sales people. I purchased Pari Passau II carpet for the large majority of my single story home with the upgraded padding they offer. The carpet looks and feels great. No mistakes there. The padding was flat and nothing like the showroom. I'm not even sure I received what I ordered. Now the workmanship... I arrived home from a long day at 8pm to find my vaccuum plugged in but with no sign of cleaning. There was dust and piles of carpet everywhere around the house. Being that I needed to sleep and therefore move my bedroom furniture back, I began cleaning. 3 hours later and my furniture finally back in place I called it a night. I know this type of clean up isn't typical as I recently had similar carpet installed in another city/state without any of the mess. When I called my "sales rep", I explained my displeasure to which I received a shrug and a sorry, paying no mind to the added cost and frustration to me. Since then, I have dealt with nothing but pulled staples throughout my unit. This was even after purchasing a Hoover Windtunnel which they told me was meant for this length of carpet. But the bottom line is it was never installed properly. On a follow up call as to where the payment was for the balance, I received no help whatsoever. I've paid the balance. I met my end. This business is a rip-off and one to avoid. Go elsewhere.
