The Youngstown Shopping Plaza location in Jeffersonville IN had been my go-to location until I found the Veterans Parkway location to be a touch better. No problems at the other location which is probably a little closer to home but I had a great experience at the new location. I am currently doing some deferred maintenance on our home namely painting the dining room, living room, hallway and foyer, re-staining the deck and for the first time, painting our concrete front porch and walkways to the driveway. I called to order some concrete paint and pay over the phone so my painter could go pick it up and get the job done while I was at my day job. The store manager, Sherry Burckhardt was able to choose the exact color of gray paint for my porch and walkway just from what I had described on the phone call. There are MANY shades of gray and I was very pleased with the choice we made, Stamped Concrete. Sherry definitely has a gift and Sherwin-Williams is blessed to have her in charge. I met several other employees there and can say they are great compliments to the store which I look forward to doing business with exclusively. When we got the paint on the wall and it was not what we were looking for in terms of coverage and finish. We decided to try Sherwin-Willams after that. We told the associate what we wanted to do, what finish we wanted, and what color the room was currently. They were able to provide spot on recommendations.
