Quoted me $11,000 for services that don't justify the cost. When I asked for a simple $300 refund, the CEO promised it, then stalled with excuse after excuse. Most shocking? The CEO actually told me in writing: "Find patience somewhere in your mutated genes." That's not just unprofessional -- that's offensive and dangerous in healthcare. I've attached a screenshot so you can see it with your own eyes. And if that wasn't enough, the CEO even offered to have lunch with me anywhere I'm located to "iron things out." Let's be clear: no serious medical professional with integrity and real expertise would ever suggest grabbing lunch to patch over malpractice-level behavior. I told her that my primary doctor did that already, she assured me she was adding in things they didn't choose to look at. Then when my primary doctor reviewed their labs, they said everything was fine. The results came back from the more comprehensive panels that Dr Rozita ordered and lo and behold, there were a number of underlying problems that caused the norovirus to take so long to clear, and she gave me a customized suite of supplements and medications to address those underlying issues. I can't recommend her enough, she really looks at the whole person and bases care on 'all' the data, not just what the insurance company chooses to pay for.
