I just used Senor Teak for the second time and wish I hadn't waited so long! Our furniture was dark gray, look parched and was covered with bird droppings. Now it looks like the brand new Restoration Hardware Santa Monica set it once was. Nice crew. George is the dad and his three sons were here along with others. Jorge and family are very nice, hard working, and things started off well when we began the work is 2024. We couldn't get the finish right on our IPE deck, but Jorge gave us his word that he'd make it right. Multiple tries but still ran into issues. We decided to wait and retry in mid 2025. When we contacted them again this year they said it had been too long and they wouldn't honor their previous commitment. Certainly didn't expect that ...An unfortunate end to this process.*** *** In response to Senor Teak's response, again, an unfortunate end. There was no clear date to return, we were following the stain manufacturer's guidance, they did show up for re-stainings, but the stain never took, and at the end of the day we relied on them to make it right, as they'd stated. That did not happen. Best of luck going forward Senor Teak and we are back to square one with our deck, poorer and now wiser. read more
