They…read moredidn't remove old caulking before applying the new one, and the glaze itself had 3 issues with it: some weird black spots, a section where the glaze dripped down and had hardened, and an exposed part of the tub that wasn't patched correctly. Also, the technician didn't speak English that well, so it was very difficult to communicate with him. The owner reached out to me and wanted to make it right. I wasn't expecting this since usually companies will just take your money and disappear but apparently if you just tell this company about it, they'll try to make it right. I took a few weeks to do a back and forth with them about the work that would be done, and they were very polite and professional throughout the whole thing. The front office was awesome with scheduling and answering questions. The same technician was assigned to the fixes, but I requested a different technician be assigned and they obliged. The new tech did a good job, and I'm pretty satisfied with the outcome. There was some overspray again, but not a huge deal as the black spots and the exposed part of the tub were properly addressed. I found out that one of the issues I originally had (the black spots) were caused by my shower leaking and water dropped onto the glaze as it was drying. Seems like the first tech didn't put a cover over my shower head, but this new tech did. He also spoke English better than the other tech, so no translation app was needed. During this second fix-up visit, the owner himself came on-site to make sure everything was done correctly. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work that was done. It seems even if they do mess up, they'll eventually fix it. If the second tech was the one who did the work first, this would be a 5* review.

This time, we decided to move forward with a project Luis recommended: refinishing one of the wood laminate kitchen countertops in our rental unit. Initially, I expected the result to look like a simple repaint, especially considering how worn and faded the laminate surface had become. Fadi took the time to listen to our needs-we did not want teak oil on the deck chair because the resulting color does not match our other furniture. He took the time to research our options and our chair is beautifully restored with an alternate treatment oil that is a perfect match. Should be noted that deck chairs are notoriously difficult as they have tons of slats and are a pain to prep and sand down. He did an amazing job and in quick time.
