I had questions about refinishing my marble countertop (polished vs. honed) and David provided advantages/disadvantages, and quickly provided fair quotes for both alternatives. Communication remained excellent and work-day arrival was prompt. David cut about 7% off his quoted price upon inspecting the area. Tarping was meticulous, as was clean-up following the work; David even removed construction debris from behind the stove that was left from the prior remodel, purely to be courteous. David remained present for nearly the entirety of the job, leaving only briefly to get lunch for his team. The counters look excellent and I have not seen any significant flaws in the refinishing.
