I went through And flagged 2000 of them as they were clearly fake. They have fake reviews everywhere and Glassdoor even have statements from employees saying this. Fake reviews are legal but as they are financed by private equity to the tune of 1 billion, they can do anything. Since the GOP took over many regulations that were in place were ignored or cancelled, they can do majority of govt offices tasked with oversight of businesses were closed, and as a MAGA organization led by Matt Malone, he saw the writing on the wall. This company runs a lawless company because they can. The Better Business Bureau gives them an A+ rating while there are 700 complaints that have yet to be addressed. The rating is a pay to play system which unfortunately led me to realize it's a false indicator for any company. We had a breach of contract, stabilization of house ended after 6 months and would not honor lifetime warranty, cement that was pored has buckled the driveway with cracks so large that water just goes in. There are cracks in the interior of the house that got bigger and the list goes on. Ask every single person for their college degree credentials which should support their determination of what major foundational work needs done. I have contacted the FTC about the fake reviews, reported their exploitation of the elderly (wake up calls in terms of trusting people...learning even in their eighties. Don't trust a soul. Get every word in writing and if you are in Ohio you can record conversations with only one side permission which is yours. Take photos of your full property before hand. For example, they severed of a gated fence, broke a glassblock window, damaged an electrical box and the list goes on. They will ignore you until you start to post on social media as that is their bread and butter....scamming people by having high reviews while most reviews are beyond obviously written in house or friends and family. Yes, it's illegal to post fake reviews and on paper it's over 50,000 per review. Since I flagged over 2000 that resulted in, within a day, them writing our lawyer about a settlement. The last thing they want is for their scam to be in the courts which at this point I would love to see them go through a jury trial. This corrupt, fraudulent company needs exposed for what it is.....1 billion war chest means they can pay quite a bit of people off along the way to trying to control the narrative and their image. Don't for a second trust anyone or anything you see about this company....its all window dressing and has no grounding in reality

I said I fixed your screw up already wasn't waiting for more water in my basement. They added drain pipes into the crocks and reinstalled my sump pumps without checking to see it everything worked. The drain pipes they added held my floats down and not letting the pumps to turn on . Was not happy .

But now I'm just being ignored. I paid in full for the work done $6500 with a promise that once I paid it off, I would get the structural engineer report that would state the wall bowing was fixed. I'm wanting to sell the house and still don't have this report 4 months after paying in full. My calls and texts get ignored. Promises aren't being fulfilled. I'm afraid to email him because his website was hacked last year and someone tried to extort money from me as well.

The warranty is life of the home, 100% covered at no additional cost. A little less than 2 years later I started seeing new cracks forming, some in new places and some where the carbon fiber was installed. I only noticed because I was having additional work done to the home so I was taking the time to look over things. I had the foundation inspected by 3 other companies who all said the carbon fiber strips were installed incorrectly. I did a national search for carbon fiber installation and Premier was the only one I could find that installed them by gluing them into place instead of bolting the top to the sill plate and the bottom to the footer. I called Premier and Chris answered the phone and came out the next day to look at the issues. Our interaction was good! We chatted about the house, he noticed our improvements, we complemented each other's beards, all was good! I showed him the trouble areas and he said that the new areas are out of their range of work because no strips were put on those walls and that wouldn't be covered. I kind of felt like that was a loop-hole out of a warranty but fine. I asked about the installation and he assured me that it is indeed correct and another local company does it the same way. I said OK and we moved on. He did offer a solution of installing an anchor at no charge and would periodically stop by to tighten it. I said we would think about it and give him a call. Here is where the review drops. About 20 minutes after Chris left, his boss and owner Ed calls yelling at me. Absolutely bitching that I had the nerve to complain. That I was questioning their work and every other company but his was "scum". He was incredibly rude, constantly interrupted and talked over me. Then said he was going to fire Chris because it's now his fault. I strongly voiced my opinion against those actions, I would not want anyone to loose their job, especially without warrant. After arguing with him he decided he would come out and inspect. He'll be here in 2 days. I'll update this post when he does. Right now I would stay away from this company, the owner clearly has issues if he is going to yell at customers with concerns. UPDATE: Ed came out and immediately put the blame on the way the house was built. Bragged about how he's been a Mason for many years, he is an absolute professional and my house was built wrong. (The house was built in 1958). I showed him the cracks and his response was "that's normal, that's not significant enough", I said it's been less than 2 years that this was installed and he said "soil moves so the walls will continue to shift". Which means your carbon fiber is installed incorrectly, unto he went off on another tangent. His solution was to cut out several blocks in the wall install rebar and repour the wall with a wall anchor in place. My wife was upstairs and started recording when she heard things getting loud and heated between us. I'll post the video if that's an option. He said he's never had a single complaint, that I'm his 1st customer to have any concerns. That's obviously not true. Not trying to add anymore fuel to the fire, but his eyes were bloodshot and he stated several times he had "cotton mouth". I suspect Marijuana, and while it is indeed legal here and maybe he uses it for his obvious anger issues, that is completely unprofessional. I'm not against the plant, but to show up at a paying customers house like that is not acceptable. He's lost my business and hopefully people read this before he steals your money too.

Also, that it would prevent the mold stuff getting into my furnace in the crawlspace. But, I did not hear that they don't encapsulate the interior walls and more importantly that they leave the inside part of the floor uncovered. Common sense is that if the entire floor is not covered there can still be mold and radon. I'm just disappointed in the service and a supervisor did come out and that this is how they do it.
