To cap it off, he made a concession to the buyers that we never approved, and did not authorize. The cost of this blunder was $12,000. To make matters worse, he then insisted that we share the cost of his mistake. Shocking lack of professionalism. We listed with Sotheby's because of their reputation. Reputations are built with diligence over the long haul, but they're lost in a heartbeat. If Doug Labor has owned up to his mistake and paid for the monetary loss he caused us, I wouldn't have a complaint. But he didn't. Stay away.
