I think I had the owner working on me which was fine, except she got distracted a lot by answering the phone and helping other people. But I wasn't in a hurry. After using tools on me, I saw her wash and sanitize them right away, which is great! I was hoping for a bit more of a massage on my feet, it seemed the people next to me got great massages, but a bunch of people came in at that time and I think I got hurried a bit. Not bad though. Had a wonderful visit! The owner herself did my pedicure today…read more The spa is very clean and organized. She started me off with a gel foot soak and that felt amazing. The water wasn't too hot either. After fifteen minutes of gel-Topia she put salt in the soak and turned it back to water! Woah...what?! So neat. The pedicure wasn't in a chair but I was able to lie back on a massage table and she worked on my feet. I was also given an eye mask so I could relax even more. This made me feel pampered and she talked to me, actually had a conversation with me. This made me feel like my business mattered to her and made me feel good too. I had been here about six years ago and she even remembered me and mentioned a few things to prove she remembered me. Honestly, she made me feel like I want to come back and I will.
