He did such a good job nailing the best aspects of the company I couldn't wait to get on with the interview processes. Once we got the ball rolling and the preliminary conversations out of the way, Scott brought in his manager Chris, and together they stuck by me every step of the way. They tag teamed to keep me informed of where the employer was in the interview process and next steps. Two key points I took away from the experience... 1). before every interview with the employer, Scott set up a meeting between himself, Chris and myself to make sure I was prepared. Chris provide interview tips and answered last minute questions. They provided the website for the company I was interviewing for and a little bit of information on the individuals conducting the interview so I wasn't going in blind (this really helped with tailoring questions). 2). after the interview they checked in to see how things went. Scott and Chris were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, encouraging, easy to work with, and eager to assist me in securing the position.
