It started out fine until I realized the kids didnt know how to use a brush on exterior walls of the home as the webs are tough with just a splash of water. I also did not want jto use a heavy duty power washer as our home was just painted and concerned about stripping the pain. After much discussion after the job, the two young men went in with a brush and it worked fine. The problems started after they left and I realized non of the screens were cleaned and still bird crap on them. The tracks of the windows were not cleaned as well. There were also foot and track marks in my tub as one of the guys didn't bother to clean it and I was having an open house that day. It just continued to get worse as I tried to call the office and go a call center. We are talking over 1000$ for a small house and windows had to be redone by someone else at my cost. The manager called me and said tracking is NOT included, and its extra along with the screens. They dont even open the windows to get inside. So much for DETAIL full service. They said it was in the contract thats all extra. PLease stay away from this company its all hot air and no quality service. read more

I'm selling my parents house and a friend gave me Shack shines number. They came earlier then booked that day of my appointment and worked clean and friendly , cleaning my gutters. They also do more like windows and Christmas lights. I would use them again and will recommend them to everyone I know. read more

Brandon and the crew did a fabulous job. They were very friendly, efficient, tidy, and accommodating. Most of the windows are probably from the 40's or even 30's and they worked very carefully with those old glass and wood small window panes and the unusual complex storm windows. They worked carefully and respectfully around the flower beds. The gutters sure needed a clean out and cleaning and look great. The 70's aluminum siding and deck look decades younger!
