So I switched to NJHMS and have used them for the last several years. They never try to up-sell me new gutters. They come out 4x a year, notify me before and after, the gutters are clean and rarely tell me that I need a small repair. The prices for cleaning and repair are very reasonable. I have had at least 5 window cleaners at my home the last several years and I've never invited any…read moreof them back. Most of them promise a lot but don't deliver. Yes, I am picky, but when you promise to do something, you should not only do it, but do it well. Example of other cleaners... windows are usually always cleaned, but the screens aren't cleaned well or the sills are still dirty (and yes, they were included in the others pricing). All Purpose Window Cleaning actually wet cleans your sills, so they were actually cleaned.. not wiped or brushed dirt off. They did not take my screen outside and wet clean them with a hose, but they did use the same tools they use for the windows to wipe them with a cleaning product and thoroughly wiped the sides so they weren't grimy anymore. The guys were personable and courteous and wore booties throughout the house too! Yes, they are insured and provided the certificate upon request as well. All of this and they were significantly less money that other companies quoted this year. I will not only highly recommend them, but I will use them again next year... a first for any window cleaner I've had.
