Our house had vines growing on one side of it for many years. We decided we wanted to remove a couple years ago, but were not able to reach most of the remaining dead twigs and shoots that had adhered to the stucco. Wren Windows cleared out gutters for a couple neighbors last November and I flagged Rick down and asked whether they might be able to tackle the remaining cleanup of vine remnants on our house. While he said they were too busy, he offered to come back in the spring. We set a tentative date/time about 5 months later. I checked in w/ Rick a couple days ago and he confirmed they still planned to come on the same day and time. He and his teammate arrived on time today and promptly went after the project. The final result met our expectations and the price was very fair. Beyond that, both Rick and her partner were great on communication and genuinely seem like nice people. I would not hesitate to recommend Wren Windows for gutter clearing, window cleaning or other special projects like ours. read more

With all this great website information, I did not expect the crew to call less than one hour before the scheduled appointment to clean windows, said they needed to cancel due to lightning (there was no lightning present or in the forecast and said that I could re-schedule the appointment. There was no apology and an assumption their call would be sufficient to re-schedule. I am disappointed in the poor customer service in handling my scheduled appointment, their dishonesty with regards to the weather and forecast, and most of all the window cleaning that did not get done as scheduled. I will not schedule again. Rick Wren, your team needs more training to meet the minimal expectations for customer service, handling scheduled appointments that are canceled by your crew. This is the first time I have hired a professional window cleaning company and my windows were very dirty - I haven't cleaned them in at least 6 years. Jeff was very personable, the windows are clean (hooray) and he made absolutely no mess at all! I am disappointed about the screen "cleaning". I paid extra per screen for the Premium Screen Cleaning and they were merely wiped down with a damp cloth. The screens for the piano windows were removed but never cleaned at all. Most frustrating is that screens in the living room windows were not put back properly. Before I can leave those windows open I will need to re-set the screens myself or we will have bugs. I know they are difficult to get in. Jeff and I discussed it and he says he has the same screens himself. But I do know they can be put in because I have done it myself back in the days when I used to wash my own windows and screens. Yes, I will give Wren another try. Outside of the Premium Screen Cleaning charge, their prices are reasonable and my windows are clean! read more

Wren Windows was fabulous. I had just had cataract surgery - and discovered the windows were actually filthy! Couldn't see well enough before. Rick came right away and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Dustin and Joey showed up the next week on time, cleaned every very dirty window in my 3-story house, were very nice and friendly and also very efficient. They even vacuumed up the many dead bugs.
