Since the installation, they have repeatedly scheduled appointments so they could come and address the numerous issues. Each time, my husband rearrange his work commitments and personal responsibilities to accommodate them, only for them to show up, look at the problems, and leave without making a single repair. At this point, it feels as though they are simply wasting his time and showing complete disregard for their customers. My husband had spoken directly with the owner (or the person in charge) as well as her son, and despite countless conversations and promises, nothing has been resolved. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect is astonishing. When customers invest this kind of money, they expect quality workmanship and reliable customer service. Instead, he has been left with endless excuses, and six months of frustration. I am formally requesting that this company either: Properly repair and complete the work to the standard that was promised, or Remove all of the blinds and issue a full refund. No customer should have to endure this level of incompetence and neglect after making such a significant investment. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to think carefully before doing business with them. My experience has been extraordinarily disappointing, stressful, and entirely unacceptable.

I have been living with the door problem for more than 10 years. Justin and Chris solved the issue. They also modified a door lock that had been giving me fits for years. Douglas Manufacturing is also replacing several window screens for me as well. Their prices are very reasonable. He is like clockwork and spends the time it takes to keep my water perfect. They test the water every time and add salt when needed. I have never had any issues and would highly recommend them. Not sure if they are taking new accounts. They are not the cheapest, but worth what they charge.
