I got off the elevator and saw the lab this way arrow. As I rounded the corner I saw the Suite 200 this way arrow. The other way! Which I had seen in the lobby "Laboratory Suite 200". Confused, I turned around to go the other way... got back to the elevators and turned around once again!! I told the check in fellow I was confused and not sure I was in the right place.... Then I told the ever so friendly and kind Tony "I need a B12 fast lab done". Tony asked me for my phone number, name and date of birth. As he typed away I jokingly said... yeah, I'll be back here on Thursday for six more labs. Tony glanced up at me "I think we can get them all done today." Wonderful!! Tony handed me the blue paper w my sticker and told me to drop it in the basket below the window on the opposite wall. Thank you Tony for exceptional and such friendly service...for 7:00a.m.! I don't think I even waited 15 minutes when Diana called my name. We walked in to the room where I confirmed my name and birthday and she poked me. I didn't count but maybe(?) took seven vials of blood, since I was to have seven labs. Maybe less, as it didn't feel like seven since we chatted while she did it. Diana then said I was done. I said "what? I thought I'd be here all day?!" Diana said "you weren't even here five minutes." Thank you Diana for such quick blood draws and being so friendly. Allina Coon Rapids you were a wonderful start to the day!

I usually get…read moremy fillers done at my plastic surgeons skin clinic, but I figured I would give this clinic a try since a coworker referred me due to a special they were having I couldn't pass up. Would I return here ... yes and no ... The reasons I enjoyed my visit are the staff is extremely nice and made me feel extremely welcome. The nurse that was with me before the doctor came in was amazing as well as their front desk staff. I had bought 3 fillers and anticipated only using two which I was told I was allowed to use them in separate visits when I purchased ... I am very happy with the results I received from those. The doctor took his time to map out my face and the results came out great. Here's the bad part .... he was VERY VERY pushy about trying to tell me I needed more things done, about using my 3rd filler and purchasing MORE and additional skin treatments. This made me very uncomfortable and after my whole appointment of getting my first two done I finally just said yes to using more after being pressured when ideally this is not what I wanted. I should not have agreed to that and stuck with what I thought was best for me. He rushed very quickly through the last one which he advised I needed to put around my mouth area for the best results (the first two were my cheeks) and I've been stuck with ugly lumps on both sides of my mouth for the last year! The picture attached is from this past month and a few lumps are still present after hopes they would go away they are finally starting too almost a year later ... I saw my normal provider to see how it could be corrected and was informed it was best to just wait it out. I'm still debating on giving it another shot for touching up the area I am happy with, but am pretty nervous to do so.

LABORATORY - 4 stars!…read more This review is for the lab services only. I've used them several times because this is the closest Fairview lab to my home in the northwest metro. GOOD: 1. I never have to wait long. I've always been in for blood draws quickly once I get to the interior lobby for the lab. My butt barely hits the chair before they call me up. 2. The personnel have always been very friendly. 3. Amazingly, my pokes have always been flawless - no pain, no hematomas, no problems. 4. The lab tests have always come back lightning fast. The results show up quickly on My Chart. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: 1. Making an appointment on the phone is a pain in the butt. Be prepared for long wait times, lots of button pushing, and possibly being transferred to a different number and doing it all again. I recommend calling at non-peak times or trying to do it on-line through My Chart. 2. The people at the main front desk (not lab staff) that check you in are sometimes bitchy and unfriendly, frequently looking like they might be sucking on lemons behind the counter. It looks like their job sucks. (Personally, I think I'd rather work in a coal mine than do their job.) I'm not sure if I should feel sorry for them or if I should be irritated because they can't maintain a friendly demeanor. Overall, thumbs up for all those hard working "Lab Rats" (an old, friendly biology term for lab workers)! -Daddy Maxx Retro(

I made it crystal clear that I'm just in for preventative care and nothing else. The nurse I was seeing did a good job of the basic things, but after the review I got a bill for charges not covered by my preventative visit. Super muddy lines and all trust lost over something so basic. If you have a percentage of care that you will be responsible for, be aware and probably avoid this clinic. I suffer from gout- which is a lifetime disease in most cases. I got denied medication (colchicine- a non-steroidal drug to help reduce uric acid in the body) to help manage pain becuase I haven't been in for a check up for over a year. When I asked when I can get seen, I was told the earliest appointment was 4 days away- over the phone. I'm left with unbearable pain, and there is nothing they can do until I get in for an appointment. I am now searching for a clinic that is reasonable with people, and not just a money grab. If you have state insurance, this is the clinic for you- they charge for absolutely everything here, but you will get the care you need.

The passive aggressive behavior is no better than being out right rude and lacking empathy. I called in for an appointment a week before Xmas of 2020. I was offered by receptionist Xmas Eve 11am which I accepted. I was excited to hear this as I was expecting a date after the Holiday. On the night of 12/23/2020, we had a blizzard. I woke up to needing to shovel out both my car and wifes car to get our granddaughter to daycare. So this put me behind. I arrived about 20 minutes late. I walked up to receptionist and they seemed nice. It took about 10 minutes getting checked in because they could not locate the nurse handling my appointment. 1st uncomfortable moment. Then the receptionist went on to say we may need to reschedule you because you were late. 2nd uncomfortable moment. I am wondering at this moment if they realize there was a blizzard and at least I made it in. How many times have we all went to doctors office and been seen RIGHT ON TIME? I was directed to the waiting area. after waiting another 10 minutes, I was told they would need to reschedule me because they want to close right at noon. Well HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO YOU ALL TOO. NEVER ATTENDING THIS OFFICE AGAIN AND CHANGING DOCTORS. THIS OFFICE ACTS LIKE THEY CARE, BUT REALLY THEY DON'T. DO NOT LET THE SMILING FACES FOOL YOU. Dr Salahudin Maalim was the physician, asked me a few questions about my general health, then gave me a piece of paper showing me what I should do (some basic exercise for my back, that you can google), I eventual got a $250 bill (post insurance coverage) for that piece of paper and because I answer his questions. I was told by the manager and billing person from the clinic that, yes, because you answered him, you got charged. Total scam. He also did another treatment, from a question that he asked, that treatment did not fix that it was supposed to fix, but I also got billed for $200+. I'm already moved on from this clinic even if I have to drive further so I can avoid any hidden charges or being scammed.
