I know how to use die and a black light. They lied and wouldn't fix their mistake. They also do work without consent. That's what made this whole issue happen. Although,I understand why they did what they did. They shouldn't have touched the part they did. That wasn't part of the original issue. There's no recourse to take. It's not worth the money and time. The only thing a person can do is write a review and don't go back.

I mean, it's just nuts how cheap these punk *** kids are. I appreciate it. Really, I do. The place seems like it's run by some good ol' boys not even into their 30s. I don't know much about auto repair but I've never had a problem getting stuff repaired here. I've never had to bring my car back for re-service and they've done brakes and rotors and shocks and things. Nothing overly complex, just general maintenance. And once they had to replace some brackets, said the old ones were too rusty to salvage, and they gladly showed me the old stuff they replaced ; I s'pose they weren't just ripping me off on work that didn't need to be done. The only thing that's kind of off putting is their hours. I think they open at 10 or 11 or noon. I really don't know, but they aren't there in the morning. They are probably sleeping off their 20-something hangovers like I used to when I was a punk kid. I'm too old for that these days, though. I wish I were young and cool again. *sigh* Seems legit. Super cheap. Recommended.

Then I called again about a engine oil leak (they had told me was a no rush about 2 months ago) that now needed attention and again no call back - FAIL - so that took it down to a one star. Now I will go elsewhere for my auto needs and I will not change the one star rating. So just know yes they do a pretty good job IF they call you back!

And why did it take until July (car dropped off for repair on May 26) when the owners asked about it on FB for the repair shop to claim they had called their insurance company???? When did they call, sometime the same day as the public complaint??? 6 weeks after a car is stolen from the lot of this company they're finally doing the minimum? Not trusting my vehicle to this place...ever.

The driver told him he had tested positive for Covid so a ride was not possible. My husband had made it clear that a ride was required. So this guy is either exposing the public because he's positive or lying so he doesn't have to give anyone a ride. What if I'd called because my car broke down on the freeway? Would he have left me stranded or exposed me to Covid? My husband called to let the company know about their employees Covid status and now we've been banned. My husband had to ride his bike to the auto shop and back because I have our other car at work.
