I'm very new to the area and have only taken my car to one place since i've owned it which is in…read moreCalifornia. I hoped and prayed that nothing ever happen to my car while i was up in Oregon but when I saw my check engine light on i knew i had to get it seen. I went off of some 3-5 year old reviews and ran with it....let me tell you don't pass up on this place they know what they're doing and had my car diagnosed and fixed with 2 hours at a very very good price. I would recommend this place to anyone! I felt it needed an updated review & since i had a stellar experience i wanted to share it with everyone!!!! Both of the men i dealt with today were very kind and made me feel very knowledgeable about what was going on with my car. You'd never see this gem unless you know the area (which i don't). 100% Recommend ! Don't pass Pro Auto up!!! Under 200$ to get my check engine light off Thank you thank you thank you

It's run by a bunch of punk kids…read more I've never bought a stereo here (which is their claim to fame) but I've gotten auto work done here. They are really inexpensive. I mean, it's just nuts how cheap these punk *** kids are. I appreciate it. Really, I do. The place seems like it's run by some good ol' boys not even into their 30s. I don't know much about auto repair but I've never had a problem getting stuff repaired here. I've never had to bring my car back for re-service and they've done brakes and rotors and shocks and things. Nothing overly complex, just general maintenance. And once they had to replace some brackets, said the old ones were too rusty to salvage, and they gladly showed me the old stuff they replaced ; I s'pose they weren't just ripping me off on work that didn't need to be done. The only thing that's kind of off putting is their hours. I think they open at 10 or 11 or noon. I really don't know, but they aren't there in the morning. They are probably sleeping off their 20-something hangovers like I used to when I was a punk kid. I'm too old for that these days, though. I wish I were young and cool again. *sigh* Seems legit. Super cheap. Recommended.

Sorry I have to give a one star as my final review. I went to them for 2 different reasons (within…read more3 months) and they did a great job, so that would be 4-5 stars BUT I stopped by 2 weeks ago about a burned left blinker and they were supposed to call me - FAIL, no call back. Then I called again about a engine oil leak (they had told me was a no rush about 2 months ago) that now needed attention and again no call back - FAIL - so that took it down to a one star. Now I will go elsewhere for my auto needs and I will not change the one star rating. So just know yes they do a pretty good job IF they call you back!

STAY AWAY FROM MILLER'S AUTO REPAIR!!!!…read more My Durango wouldn't start and I asked Miller's Auto Repair to find out what was wrong. I had the Durango towed in for my scheduled appointment yet my SUV sat for days before any looked at it. Eventually I was told that I needed a rotor and cap plus new spark plugs. $477 later and the SUV was still not running properly. After arguing with the mechanic he agreed to look at the Durango again, this time he informed me of the loose battery connections (which existed when he first looked at the vehicle) which he failed to notify me of in the beginning, and started listing numerous things wrong with my vehicle that he found the 1st time he looked at it. During this 2nd trip to the shop the mechanic was digging through the personal property in the back of my Durango. Guess he should have paid more attention to his surroundings! In short if you value your vehicle, privacy, and property STAY AWAY FROM MILLER'S AUTO REPAIR!!!!

Highly recommend the team at Les Schwab in Lebanon…read more New rims & tires for winter driving! Just in time for several thousand miles this winter carrying my family over the mountains. Conn, Harley and Julian did an incredible job from quote to payment. Harley and Julian may not always have their name tag on right, but getting to know someone through conversation is better than going by what's on their jacket lol Conn was great at helping me find the right rim and tire while being respectful of my budget. The focus on customer success instead of product sales made it real easy for me to pull the trigger on a big investment. Harley straight killed it by managing to get locked lugnuts off without a key. No damage to my summer rims! We worked together to add some challenging wheel wells for a nice clean look. Julian stayed diligent in the long task of swapping out my tires. Building the rims right out of the box, adding the rubber and TPMS perfectly. The work isn't easy and requires detail and attention.

First, I want to thank the manager Aaron for knowing his products and warranty process. Without him…read morethey would have lost a long erm customer today. I rolled in with two of their branded ST trailer tires falling apart, the first guy said no road hazard warranty because they are ST type tires, then the next person said no warranty because they don;t have a way to track mileage. In both cases I said these are not worn out, they are failing under your road hazard warranty and was basically told that doesn't count for ST tires. So I asked to see the Manager and Aaron came out and I explained what was going on and he said so whats the problem? I said well I thought I would be given some warranty under the road hazard program and he said yes so what is the problem and I said well two people have said I don't get any warranty... He said NOT TRUE, and proceeded to calculate the remaining road hazard warrnty on the two tires and credited me a significant amount. My only comment to Aaron is that some training is needed regarding the lower quality ST tire warranty with his people but he did an outstanding job and trained one of the techs right there on the job. Thank You
