I know how to use die and a black light. They lied and wouldn't fix their mistake. They also do work without consent. That's what made this whole issue happen. Although,I understand why they did what they did. They shouldn't have touched the part they did. That wasn't part of the original issue. There's no recourse to take. I had the Durango towed in for my scheduled appointment yet my SUV sat for days before any looked at it. Eventually I was told that I needed a rotor and cap plus new spark plugs. $477 later and the SUV was still not running properly. After arguing with the mechanic he agreed to look at the Durango again, this time he informed me of the loose battery connections (which existed when he first looked at the vehicle) which he failed to notify me of in the beginning, and started listing numerous things wrong with my vehicle that he found the 1st time he looked at it. During this 2nd trip to the shop the mechanic was digging through the personal property in the back of my Durango. Guess he should have paid more attention to his surroundings! From walking in to them taking my car back was less than 5 minutes. This is where it gets even more incredible- I have lived in several states, never- EVER- has a mechanic taken me to the back to show me exactly what is going on with my car. This is the most transparent I feel any shop has ever been with me. As a woman I often feel like I'm being taken advantage of or talked down to by mechanics, but this was exceptional in terms of clarity, simplicity, and customer service. I left with a thorough list of several services we need completed (which we will be returning for and didn't feel pressured to do immediately), two tires and a tire rotation, and a place where I'm confident in taking my family vehicle. All of this was done in UNDER AN HOUR. From check in to payment an hour is incredible. The price was also lower than anticipated for all the services quoted, though that may be subjective. I highly recommend this shop, they know what they're doing and they're doing it well.

Lebanon towing took my car and didn't show up to the dealership until NOON THE NEXT DAY! When my car was done my entire sunroof was missing! the dealership has pictures of my car coming off the truck without a sunroof and the towing company had the nerve to lie about it and tell me that his co worker even followed him to the dealership and they won't even help! On top of them always ignoring my calls or not returning calls and giving me the run around, I had to order the part from a put of area wrecking yard and then have it installed totaling over $500!!! These people have no professionalism at all.
